Never in doubt
definitely didn't have a single problem with clearing the DLC on Merc, nosir, easiest fight of my life, nothing to see here
"...so I'm guessing that Jordan Petersen is the fault of all Canadians"
(The post was from a news sub, about Canadians mocking the usa for renaming Lake Ontario)
Reporting spam is only possible if I leave the comment up to begin with?
The sub I moderate has been getting quite a bit of spam lately, but I can only mark them as spam if I don't remove them initially. If I do remove them, I need to actually reapprove the comment, and then mark it as spam, which removes it again. Is there some reason why we can't just have the "mark as spam" button on removed comments as well, instead of making us re-approve them to do so if we removed them to begin with?
Currently, it just goes "I see a comment that should be removed -> I remove it -> I go to mark it as spam -> the button isn't there -> I reinstate the comment -> the button reappears -> I press the button -> the comment is removed again, this time as spam", but I really don't see why it couldn't just be "I remove it -> I then mark it as spam". Feels almost like a glitch lol
Fun fact: turns out you gain control of the plane before the loading screen fades
also fun fact: I did not know this, and got jumpscared while checking if my joystick was feeling wobbly before the mission
(this is completely unedited, and the joystick is fine)
Oh no you don't, that karma is MINE!
No, they haven't announced it yet. This is simply a prediction.
How good are the search and rescue teams in this world??
pro tip: don't crash in a cordium-powered superplane
Know the Signs
Half announcement, half PSA, but the sub has grown a ton over the last few weeks, and it seems to have attracted some bots! Not in the sense that they're pushing a political standpoint or anything, they're just basic karma farmers, with completely unrelated comments that pick up on a couple keywords in post titles or comments. They love picking apart a single keyword ("why capitalize S in Spandex?"), emojis ("that rainbow emoji is pure vibes"), and asking vague questions ("wait so _ is _ or not?", "why'd they put _ in the title tho?", etc). They are either brand-new accounts, or 5-7+ year old accounts that were inactive until very recently. Please keep an eye open for any that we miss!
(The bots are only operating in English, hence the lack of a French translation on this one. Sorry about that.)
I believe we've missed a few celebrity deaths, and wish to begin catching up in chronological order
Are you still here?
i spent way too long on this stupid thing thats gonna get like 2 views lmao
Congratulations to Trump for winning the World Cup!
Won with Chelsea, now with Spain, he's truly a dream athlete
Why does the French Defence crumble against the English Opening?
second image unrelated
Shut the sub down, we got outjerked
guys I think the president of the usa watches the sub
Trump announces tariffs on smoke from Canada's forest fires
Us Canadians were JOKING about this happening, but apparently he legitimately is going to
I know it's never going to happen, but wouldn't it be neat if we got more IRL liveries in the games officially?
In AC7, you can apply the USAF skin to your planes, which I always found a little funny given the lore of the games taking place in a different world, but there's some really cool-looking liveries out there that would be pretty amazing to see added (for context, I'm Canadian, and seeing these options, or at least things inspired by them, in the games would be sick, especially because it looks like >!AC8!< is >!partially set in a location modelled after TORONTO of all places lol!<)
Of course, I know it's not GOING to happen, but honestly I just wanted to share some of these planes with this group because I figure you'd appreciate them (and yeah, I know there's mods to add some of them, but STILL)
