“ZF Tank Must” too small 😭😭😭

“ZF Tank Must” too small 😭😭😭

This sucks. The Small is a bit smaller than I’d imagined… Prematurely purchased 5 leather straps from Etsy/Vietnam too… FML…. Should I sell it?

EDIT: It is F1 (not ZF)

A third party mesh-off!

Didn’t want to do the Longines waiting game for 21mm OEM bracelet. So I’m trying out Miltat vs. Watch Gecko. What do we think, visually? One is more traditional and the other seems finer mesh (snake scale-like).

Help with new Panda (4131) click-ey resistance when winding…

One-day-old vsf 4131 is giving notch/click feedback when winding the crown (not when setting time). It kind of feels like turning a dive bezel when I turn the crown. What does this mean?

HELP with VSF Panda: consistent notch/ticking (bezel-like) sound from winding 4131

It’s a one-day-old VSF 126xx and has this consistent ticking, notch (dive bezel-turn-like sound). What does this mean?

I wanted people’s opinion, not a MOD’s yes or no. TF?!

I wanted PEOPLE’s opinion because in my attempt to research which panda to get all day, my eyes can’t what’s what, so I wanted people’s opinion and GOT this nasty attitude and a removal. What is this?!?!

Discussed with a friend who’s in the industry over what’s wrong with Perfect Crown

I went on a binge over who to blame (actor, director, editing, plot) over a show that has seemingly everything but nothing coming together (in my opinion). His take was essentially that the buck stops with the script when it comes to THIS particular show, and the blame isn’t on anyone else. His rebuttal on all the other aspects were that:

  1. Actors: IU and BWS are proven to be at least decent actors to pull off a comedy (IU was funny and tragic in Broker and cool in Del Luna) and we all know BWS can at least manage to not hurt a show. Besides, according to my friend, actors in reality are rarely to blame for bad shows as they do what they’re told and redo when necessary.
  2. Director: if it weren’t for the bad writing, he thinks this WOULD fall on the director as he IS directing everyone on screen and giving the green light on what’s happening in front of our eyes. But I guess given his background in Alchemy of Souls and What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, I do wanna give him the benefit of the doubt. More importantly, he is powerless against one thing… he has to work with what he’s given.
  3. Brings us to the writer Yoo Ji-won (a rookie who won a competition?): We hated how the two main characters, although seemingly come from different background, are exactly the same people. Both uptight with daddy issues. He’s uptight because he’s a royal and she’s uptight because she had to be to get where she is at in life as an illegitimate child with no “prestige” and so on. Similar people work out in really life, but on screen, never… Good plots just do require characters be different from one another. A serious one against a goofy one. A sad/depressed one against an annoyingly bright/happy one etc., Leaving all that aside, there are so many plot holes: why’s the dad so cold and then not? How did the two go from cordial and indifferent at best to becoming all Romeo and Juliet level of loving each other in a manner of couple episodes? How did the assistants’ hearts flutter OUT OF NOWHERE?! Why is the constitutional monarch so intrinsically involved in politics if they’ve got no “tangible” power, as IU put it? He was in the next room when shyt hit the fan and kept the royal edict?! We learned he’s always had the ambition to take over the Crown but saw it fit to marry a controversial commoner of low birth for fun?!? DebiMama can talk to him as if she’s some noblewoman when Homegirl was once a pretty normal civilian of sorts?! Come on, now. To end it on a positive note, I read that the writer is a rookie who won a competition in screenwriting? She’s def got a potential though.
