Gallery Issues on PS5

Hello I play the Sims 4 on the PS5 and the gallery hasn't been properly loading like 'no results found' is showing up as a response no matter what I put in. So from what I seen someone had reset the game but I was wondering if it was another way to solve it.

Fuzzy Memory.

Hello I don't know that many details because I only remember seeing this when I was a kid and in my dad's car but the details I know for sure is the film is a Black film, the year it might have been early 2010s or 2000s (that I'm unsure of) and the protagonist's girlfriend is kidnapped by some guy and he sends a video of her tied up and in bra and underwear to him but outside of that that's all I can remember.
