i used to use airbnb to find short term stays (i only need a room). but this has disappeared.
is there any other platform I can use to find a room for 1 week (or small apartment)?

FTB here and this is the first survey i've ever had completed.
Survey highlighted:
"Redundant fire places - Relatively high damp noted to the rear chimney breast, please note damp within chimneys is a latent defect and can only be reduced to an extent. You need to instruct a structural engineer to carry out an investigation to identify the full extent of the problem that is causing damp and the necessary repairs required, together with an estimate of the cost. Purchaser should budget accordingly." The damp meter reading read 460 and 505.
This is the biggest finding in the L2 survey report. Thoughts please?
No other signs of damp in the property. Chimney did recommend to be requiring repointing but was a 'medium' finding and nothing severe.
Appreciate all input and guidance (true beginner here).
