Hybrids bad idea for very low mileage driver?

I'm most likely buying a CX-50 in the next week or two. I've been looking at the gas model (premium AWD) mostly because I work from home so my mileage is very low.

I like the idea of hybrid and I've recently heard that hybrid engines have fewer problems and perform better.

A few facts:
About 2500 miles per year
Suburban roads
Highway maybe once every month or two
We have cold, snowy winters
I typically keep cars about 10 years

I know I won't save enough on fuel to offset the higher purchase cost of a hybrid

Trade in Value with Minor Damage

I'm trading or selling a 2022 Altima 2.5 SV AWD with the premium package. It has 10800 miles on it, its garage kept, all scheduled maintenance performed at the dealership.

It has damage to the front passenger side bumper where I scraped a curb. Very good condition otherwise other than needing a quick vacuum which I will do.

Carvana offered $19,000
CarMax offered $18,400

I went to see about trading it in for a new car at a dealership and the sales manager offered $15,500.

I told him about the offer and he said that's because they haven't seen the damage. I did report the damage on my quote requests, so the offers are not for a pristine vehicle.

My thought was that it shouldn't cost more than $1,000 to fix and it looks like they are selling for $22k.

I figure you can repair body damage, but a car with such low mileage would be a dream to sell.

Am I being naive about the impact this damage will have on what I can sell it for? If I go to Carvana in person are they going to lop off a couple thousand dollars?
