Would you recommend Pet D Etat Vet Clinic for cat care?
Have you had a good experience with them? Thank you.

I'm looking for advice on how to effectively prepare for the Radiology In-Service Exam and PBR.
What resources did you find most helpful? Did you focus more on question banks, case review, or reading? How far in advance did you start studying, and what strategies worked best for you?
Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
PS. Congratulations to everyone who recently passed PBR 1! Wishing you all the best as you continue your radiology journey.

Can anyone recommend sleep aids that have worked well for you? Preferably something that helps you sleep without feeling too groggy the next day. Thanks.
I recently watched Toni Talks featuring Ryzza Mae Dizon, and one part of her story really stayed with me.
As a child, she was told, “Mas mahal pa ’to sa buhay mo” after accidentally breaking a neighbor’s vase. The person who said it may have forgotten those words, but years later, Ryzza still remembered them.
It reminded me that words carry weight.
Be kind. Speak life. Speak encouragement.
Because sometimes, the words we think are small become the words someone remembers forever. ❤️

I have a creepy experience diyan sa Hotel 45 since diyan ako lagi nag stay pag nasa Baguio. (mainly dahil sa malapit sa upper session road at sm baguio, and of course the free breakfast)
1ST EXPERIENCE. May dala ako non na laptop. NOTE: MacBook. Around 3:30+ am bigla siyang nag alarm. Nagulat ako non kasi first time ko maka rinig ng laptop na nag aalarm. And honestly pano ba mag alarm sa laptop? I never tried it before kaya takang taka ako bakit nag alarm.
2ND EXPERIENCE. Dala ko naman non NOTE: Windows laptop. SAME THING NAG ALARM SIYA PAST 3:30AM! Di bale sana same laptop yung nag alarm maiisip mopa dahil sa same account or whatsoever ang nasa laptop kaya siguro same ang time ng alarm. kaso hindi. Magka ibang laptop at magka ibang panahon pero nag alarm ng halos same time! I never witness that before kahit saan o kahit kaninong laptop siya.
3ND EXPERIENCE. What if may nakita akong kung anong nakakatakot sa ilalim?
4TH EXPERIENCE. We arrived there around 8pm. 1 room nalang available yung nasa basement pa!
Nakakapagod din na parang kailangan mong maging strong all the time.
Nakakapagod maging available friend.

When we see high-risk public spaces like overpasses, our first thought is often to build higher fences. However, the City Health Services Office Mental Health and Substance Use Wellness Unit wants to change that idea through a new project called Project B.L.U.E., which stands for Baguio’s Lifeline for Urban Emotional-Wellness.
In a recent interview, Dr. Ricky Ducas Jr. explained that mental health experts are moving away from building physical fences, which some city councilors suggested in the past. According to Dr. Ducas, fences do not solve the real roots of deep sadness and stress, like family problems, poverty, social media pressure, and online gambling. In fact, science shows that high fences can sometimes make self-harm look dramatic and lead to copycat behavior. If a person is in deep pain and does not get real help, a fence will not stop them; they will just look for another place. As Dr. Ducas points out, "Kahit gaano kataas yang fence na yan, kung ang tao ay may matinding depresyon na hindi na-address, gagawin at gagawin pa rin nila yan."
Instead of building fences, Project B.L.U.E. focuses on changing the environment by putting up special blue lights in public areas. This idea comes from clear data in other countries like Japan, where putting blue lights in busy train stations cut down suicide attempts by seventy to eighty-four percent. The science behind the color choice is simple: blue light helps calm the human brain.
Dr. Ducas notes that "meron kasing therapeutic effect yung blue light na based on science—it can balance mood and maganda siya sa mental health, nakaka-relax siya." For tired workers and students heading home after a long, stressful day, this specific light helps because it is "nakakababa ng emosyon at nakakawalan ng tensyon," giving people a moment of peace when they feel completely overwhelmed.
The city hopes to place these blue lights on major overpasses within the year. The long-term plan is to expand the project to public buses, barangay waiting sheds, and public restrooms. To make this happen, they are working with Councilor Salvosa on an "Adopt a Blue Light" or "Adopt an Overpass" program. This will allow local universities, barangays, and private businesses to take part and help fund the lights in different areas.
Dr. Ducas admits that some people in the public might misunderstand the project at first. For example, some early comments online joked that the blue lights looked like broken traffic lights. Because of this, teaching the public about the purpose of the lights is very important.
Most importantly, Dr. Ducas reminds everyone that while Project B.L.U.E. is a great tool to help calm people down, it cannot cure mental illness. He explains, "This blue light is a preventive aspect, but it is not equivalent to a more intensive and medical-based practice of treatment. Hindi siya replacement." He reminds the community that if someone is truly struggling, "maganda pa rin yung magpakonsulta at magpatulong." In the end, the project is a kind and gentle step forward for Baguio, choosing helpful lights over cold metal fences to protect its people.
