MMU3 Core One not stamping filament when print finishes?

I recently got an MMU3 for the Core One+ and noticed that the filament tips created during multi-filament swaps are great, but the ones created when the print finishes, or when using the "load to nozzle" menu are not that great and usually have a stringy tip.

I noticed that it seems to do a normal "ramming" procedure when the print finishes, instead of the "stamping" procedure that it does during mid-print filament changes.

Is it just that the firmware does not do the more complex stamping on its own? Can we make PrusaSlicer do stamping at the end of a single-color print?

CLIPGEAR - Infinite Modular Snap-Together Gear System

A few days ago I noticed that there's an ongoing contest on Printables for Geared Spinners, so I got inspired and created CLIPGEAR!

CLIPGEAR is an infinitely^(1) expandable, modular gear system. Snap the bases together, clip the gears on, and build your own complex contraptions - or simply use it as a fidget!

Check it out on Printables here.

Suggestions and requests are very welcome!

^(1. Physics will likely challenge the "infinitely" argument.)

Easy-to-use filament buffer for Samla box

https://preview.redd.it/pkjxepale1jh1.png?width=1767&format=png&auto=webp&s=b0a9cba93836e3b5b627f044e2c255190445aed7

Made these separators to turn my trusty Samla box into a filament buffer, to bypass the MMU3 buffer.
This way it:
- keeps the whole filament dry
- reduces friction a lot
- makes loading and unloading spools a breeze!

Should work fine with other variations of Samla spool boxes, since they just sit on top of the spool.

Core One's bed dancing when using MMU3?

I've recently added an MMU3 to the Core One+ and noticed that when a print finishes it will: lower the bed, move the bed up again, park the toolhead for removing the filament out of the toolhead, remove the filament, park the toolhead on the back of the printer, move the bed down again.

I assume that the filament unload is moving the bed up. Is this expected with the stock printer profiles?

I am using the lates firmware on both the Core One and the MMU3, and the latest Prusa Slicer.

Shelly Wall Display XL Wall Mount

I wanted to mount my Shelly Wall Display XL in the spot where an old alarm panel was previously installed. The spot already had wires going to it, but was flush on the wall. Since I did not want to break the wall to install the Shelly, I've created this 3D printed mount which worked quite well!

I hope it is ok to share it in this sub!

MMU3 on the Core One without Nextruder mods?

I just got a used MMU3, but I have no Nextruder mod parts (yet). Would it still work with the stock nextruder parts? I know the plate is not great, but I am mostly concerned about the filament sensor since that seems like a bigger change.

I don't plan on doing huge multi-material prints before changing those parts, but would still like to use the MMU3. Would it work OK, or are they really a requirement?

Also, is there a parts list for the whole thing? The install manual does not have a list.

I am considering getting a second-hand RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD-I, but I've read very mixed opinions on it online regarding to wifi performance.

How is it with recent versions of firmware? Would you recommend it? How better are the newer ax ones?
