I mostly use X to support artists and interact with gaming content. I might like at most 50 posts in a day, retweet a few here and there. But that’s "inauthentic" compared to all the incel p*ssies who hide behind bot accounts?? Sure okay lol

Should I be concerned? Amount of hair after a shower

For context, I have shoulder length hair. I feel like I lose a lot of hair but I have such an obscene amount on my head that it’s not THAT much in comparison.

[CAD] I report for phishing + block but I keep getting more spam

I’ve never been to the casino nor have I ever gambled online. Maybe it’s my ex who signed me up using my email address to further piss me off. All of those emails are clearly scams, some less obvious than others. Most of the time, there’s not even a button to unsubscribe. I’ll report for phishing then block the sender but it seems to be useless because the same scam will be sent from a different address a few hours later…

Painful eyebrow twitch as symptom (aura)?

I had my first migraine around 5th grade and it took several years to get properly diagnosed. I don’t remember which molecule it was but I was given a triptan to take at the beginning of a migraine but in the long term, it made my migraines more frequent and more resistant to painkillers. Luckily, my migraines suddenly went away in my early 20s without taking any medication.

I turned 30 this year and my migraines have unfortunately come back. However, instead of having a visual aura which wasn’t painful back then, I get an annoying eyebrow twitch that scores a 6 out of 10 on the pain scale. If I’m about to get a migraine, then the twitching is more pronounced. This symptom appeared out of nowhere at the beginning of the month. I haven’t changed anything in my routine. So I was wondering if anyone else has had an eyebrow twitch as an aura?

Company lied on shipping label to lower shipping costs?

Has anyone experienced this before with Canada Post?

I bought from a Canadian owned company which was shipped from Ontario. I need to return my purchase and I have to cover the shipping fee. I was going to use the same dimensions and weight as the parcel when I noticed that their shipping label makes no sense… It’s obviously not a heavy package but it certainly weighs more than 20g?!

I just want to preface this by saying that both my sister and I are physically disabled and chronically ill. So even if we wanted to become her caregiver, we wouldn’t be able to due to our poor health and physical restrictions.

Our grandmoter has three sons and a boyfriend whom she’s been with for over a decade. Her SO and her live in the same building, just across the hall. He seems mentally (and physically) checked out of their relationship. And none of his sons including my dad show concern for her rapidly deteriorating health. She’s visibly confused, she passes out when she leaves her apartment, she’s forgetful too… It’s not going well. I honestly don’t know what to do. I feel so powerless.

I’d also like to mention that we’re Canadians and she doesn’t have a family doctor anymore. Therefore we can’t simply show up to the ER and ask for a wellness check. She already visited the hospital after fainting in the grocery store and the doctor didn’t say anything about dementia.
