Revizto MCP

What's everyone chosen flavour of AI for it? I've used Claude and it seemed pretty good although the fact that most information is so easy to come by within Revizto itself I'm not seeing huge time savings yet.

I'm wondering if it will also finally unlock the ability to export clash reports

Gemini AI within Revit

I finally managed to create an Add In to utilise Google Gemini directly within Revit today.

I'd got fed up of using VS Code so managed to get it to link directly to my Google account via the API key.

I've not fully tested it so far but it did the simple things pretty quickly such as gave me a list of all the wall types including thickness and type mark, told me how many doors were in the project per floor etc. What it doesn't do is physically move elements, I asked it to move a door and it couldn't.

But considering where we were with AI connectivity 6 months ago it's a big step forward.

It also works from Revit 2023 onwards which is great.

2012 Adidas Primeknit Olympics. Not the original release with the numbered tongues unfortunately but still pretty hard to find these days especially in the blue / white CW

M&E refusing to update model

M&E are refusing to update their 2023 model to 2025 because they said it will cause them massive issues.

They said it will break annotation tags, mess up view templates, and screw up their families.

I'm calling bullshit on this as I've never had issues with any other M&E consultants updating models. I think these guys are just pulling a fast one as they're close to finishing and can't be bothered.

Can anyone confirm whether they're telling the truth

Spot the Schnauzer

Way too hot for the dog today in the UK so she took refuge in the plants 😂 it took us ages to find her as just lay there ignoring us when we were walking about calling her

Clash Detection in Dalux

We've been tasked by a main contractor to run clash detection in Dalux. There's not many resources out there in terms of help videos etc.

Does anyone else use it and where can we find some how-to guides etc as the videos seem very basic and dont give us the in-depth knowledge we need for the size of project we are working on.

Best cocktail for Worthy Park Select

OK, as per the title, i've got a bottle of Worthy Park Select and I'm looking for decent cocktails for it. I tried a dark and stormy and was a bit underwhelmed, so any help would be appreciated.

Even with the most strict of instructions it continually changes other elements in an image. for example, we wanted 2 people removed from a CGI of a building we produced. We circled the people, instructed it only to remove them and not to change anything else in the image.

Output - removed 2 people, added a bunch of trees and changed the building!!!!

Is anyone else experiencing this or even better does anyone have a solution so it stops?

My wife is 50 next year and is keen on going on the Legend of the Seas for a 7 night cruise in May with the kids (15 and 11).

Is £5200 with a balcony good value?

In terms of food and drink we're not big drinkers so is it worth getting a drinks package?

What are the inclusive restaurants like?

We've never done a cruise before so any advice / guidance / help would be really appreciated.
