I challenged myself to find the minimum. Legally in buncombe county a permanent structure requires at least 250 sqft and a few other thing like washer dryer water heater. So i minimized the sqft while minimizing the perimeter building on units of 4 ft to minimize wasted construction material. There is a pantry for food storage a full size fridge, drawers for a couple weeks worth of clothes. There is no custom furniture which should also reduce cost. I imagine storage under the bed would be a must. This is the minimum basics needed to survive and escape renting.

So i just started collecting pokemon cards and ive been buying every chance i get, this is my collection so far. Just got dialga today to match my palkia.

I just started buying singles, i collected when i was a kid but gambling on over priced packs seems like a waste to me. Im still waiting on a binder but i intend to pick up a single or 2 every paycheck.

Sold some stuff on ebay and made the decision to buy at least $60 worth of singles every paycheck for the next 15 years. Starting off with the $180 i made from ebay, my journey begins. I get a paycheck every 2 weeks.
