DaVita Admin Assistant?

Hi everyone! I have a 15 minute phone interview with DaVita tomorrow for an Administrative Assistant role and I can’t seem to find anybody else’s experience with them anywhere, have you ever worked for them? What’s your experience? And also, what are the hours? My local clinic opens at 4:30AM and closes at 5:30PM Monday through Saturday, what would my shift be like for an admin assistant? What should I know to ace the interview? I really want the job but I’m scared i won’t get accepted because I haven’t had administrative assistant experience before, only 10+ years customer service. Please help!

Tips on text-quitting. (5 years in, parts)

Hi everyone. I’ve recently graduated college and acquired a job in healthcare, that starts on Monday. I currently work, and have been working, at a retail parts company for car stuff, and going to quit by text. My thing is, what template or how should I word it? I’ve been here 5 years, only girl here though, pretty sexist environment with all older (my dads age) men who think they’re tough shit. And every time I’ve seen someone out in two weeks they get a “You can leave right now IDGAF!” So I guess my question would be “How to quit through text?”

Drug testing/CMH?

Hi! Does anybody know if CMH only does drug testing/nicotine testing as a pre-employment drug screening or if it’s done yearly as well?

Cotinine test tomorrow for job.

Hey guys! So I’m a 26F who’s been vaping for about 6 years, I go through about 2 vapes (50mg/salt nicotine) a week- and I stopped vaping June 4th following a job offer I got for a place that is nicotine-free(hospital) as part of their onboarding process. Any offer can be rescinded if drug test is failed or rejected.

I have my drug test tomorrow (urine) and I’m guessing will be tested for nicotine and cotinine. I bought 200ng cotinine urine tests on Amazon and tested negative June 9th in the AM, do you think I’ll be clear or close to 0 by tomorrow (the 23rd)?

My boyfriend (M37) has concerns over my (F26) future job opportunities.. what to do?

Hi everyone. To keep this short, I am 26 years old and just graduated from college with 2 AA’s and have finally been on the look out for a job. Don’t get me wrong I have one, but it’s retail, working with my boyfriend (we weren’t together before this, we met at this job), and it’s just a job with no real.. ladder to climb. Only benefits are basic health insurance, I’m getting paid 22 an hour, like real basic stuff. My thing is, now that I have a degree (even if it’s just an associates degree) I want to finally have a career, or start one. I applied to multiple different jobs, and got 2 really good opportunities in both healthcare admin and 911 dispatching. Both insanely good pay, amazing benefits I’ve never gotten in any other job I’ve ever had, etc. the thing is, every time I talk about it it seems like my boyfriend has the biggest issue. I hear “Well, there goes our relationship. You know cheating is big in those departments right?” Or “I don’t think you can do the 911 stuff.. your mental health?”(We never speak about that stuff so it almost sounds condescending when he says that), or “Well. We’ll see how long we last now” and it’s like I should feel guilty and apologize for leaving him, but unfortunately he isn’t one that has goals. He’s ok with staying here (as much as he talks shit about this job ((it’s extremely shitty))), doesn’t want to progress, wherever he moves in the future wants to take his mom with him, etc and I envision a life where I am on my own, own apartment with a career that I can keep moving up from. I don’t know if this is worth the breakup? Or whether I should just pick a job and try to make it work?

TL:DR/ Boyfriend making it hard for me to move up in life?

Cotinine/Nicotine exam?

Hi everyone. I’m a 26YO F that weighs about 195, lost about 60 pounds in the last year. I recently got a really good opportunity at a hospital that is completely nicotine free, and of course they want to drug test for nicotine and cotinine before I start- I found out and quit the morning of my offer which was June 4th, around 8 AM. I go through 2 vapes a week, they’re 5% salt nic with about 20ML of juice and I’ve been vaping since I was 19.
They’re doing the background right now but going to schedule the drug screening when I pass that, I have about a week and a half. Any suggestions? Will I pass? When do you think I’m suspected to pass/fail? The internet gives different results for everything. Some saying up to 10 days for the cotinine urine test, others saying 3-4 weeks. I suspect it’ll be urine or swab.

Late payment experience:

UPDATE*******
I called on my lunch. Super sweet woman named Joann helped me, she got me approved for a deferment, this payment I missed is now going to be my last payment of my loan. Said what got me approved is how I’ve only been late one time, and changed my late payment towards my last payment and I’ll pay the next like nothing.
Great outcome, thanks to everyone who helped!

Hi everyone. My payment was due on April 28th for $397.18, it’s currently may 8th and I haven’t paid it yet due to financial burden, but I got this email today. My next payment is due obviously May 28th for another 397.18, but I was wondering if any of you have called to see what those options were or what you recommend. If I can just skip the payment I’m already due on , I can probably figure out a way to pay the May 28th payment on time- how would I go about that? Any advice?
