Can someone explain why this is happening?

I wanna say it might be a bad ground but unsure?

Is this corrosion?

Pulled my PCM due to a miscommunication code because I figured there might be water, coolant, seeping somewhere due to everything else checking out throughout the car, but im unsure if any of this is normal so I hope someone can help me out here. 2004 Acura TSX

Code U0107

2004 TSX with a code U0107, car goes into limp mode once operating temperature is reached, obviously first thing I did was check fuses, looked good so I moved onto wiring and the same goes for that. Was really stuck so I decided to throw in a new throttle actuator module since it was fairly cheap but also didn’t fix the issue. Buddy had an extra throttle body laying around aswell so threw that in just to see and it also didn’t fix the issue, so now I am beyond stuck. Car has 140k miles.

Corrosion?

2004 Acura TSX, recently just got a code for P0123, P0223, U0107. Checked fuses and everything looked good and then decided to take a look at the connection wiring and saw everything was good, moved into the checking the connecter itself and tested it and wasn’t sure if this was normal with the test light, but also seems like there’s corrosion? Someone help me out if I’m going the right way with this please

Need help identifying part

2004 Acura TSX Base, line is nearly rusted out and I want to replace it but I have no idea what it is, it appears to come from the radiator/condenser and goes behind and up towards the transmission into some hose, can anyone help me out?
