Ohk so I tried a trick that seemed to work
The trick is to PURPOSELY get/buy a shirt that’s too small for you . And wear it , so that you can lift your boobs up without necessarily needing a bra .
So I did that- the trick worked for some time.
GUESS what my boobs eventually did to the shirt , that I didn’t consider and forgot could happen???😭😭😭😭✌🏾
Hey yall, I recently went to a professional bra fitting for the first time in my life .
I have been wearing a 40D/E cup size this whole time
Turns out I’m a 34HH .
And now I’m curious to know what sizes/cups were yall wearing before yall found out your true and correct size?
And the stories behind it.
I’m going to a professional bra fitting very soon , my bras aren’t comfortable and they don’t lift my boobs up enough to my liking . And also spillage .
I have this vision that the fitter will find me the perfect and pretty bra that can lift my boobs up to show my waist to its fullest potential . And also be comfortable .
And yes I know about bra that fits calculator. My goodness.
But anyways. I want to hear some horror stories from you guys who have went and have had bad experiences with professional bra fitters.
To lower my expectations and bring myself back to reality 🙂.
I’m going to a professional bra fitting for the first time in my life in a few weeks .
Last year I went to two popular mainstream clothing stores in my country that are also known to do bra fittings. First store i went to the bras seemed to fit nicely and i bought a few and a lady at the second store said the first store didnt fit me correctly bcz of the spillage i had . She tried to fit me and i ended up getting so frustrated i ended up being rude with her and she gave up on me . (But that’s a story time for another day)
And that was last year and the bras i bought at the first store seem to be absolute bs from how they fit at first at the store .
My cousin said it’s probably bcz my boobs have grown , I mean yeah I am a minor but I genuinely feel like my puberty is done and my body is fully developed .
But idk maybe she’s right .
And I’m talking to ChatGPT and women who have went for bra fittings.
And I’m realizing that you can never find the PERFECT bra, maybe you can get 99.9% perfect. But never get that 100%
Im hearing that women who have found their size still had to make a minor compromise.
And not to mention women who have prominent fitting problems like significant asymmetry
But I’m sure there’s outliers like
Women who’ve found their genuine 100% perfect bra and also women who can afford custom made bras ( hopefully me one day)
But I haven’t heard or seen them .
But I guess at the end of the day it’s not about finding the bra that’s perfect , it’s about finding a bra that fits and supports your body as best as possible

I don’t think it’s accurate bcz if it is then i must be a F or H cup which is crazy bcz i was sized as a E cup (yes it squeezes me and is too uncomfortable but i digress)

I love my room . And I’m going on summer vacation ✈️ in a few days so I won’t see it for 2 months, so I had to do some cleaning .

Idk how I’m gonna word this to not get downvoted , hated or misunderstood.
But here it goes.
So when I’m not wearing a bra, my boobs hide my waist ( it’s 26 inches which I know is not small) but compared to my hips (38.4inches) it’s small.
But when I do wear a bra , even if it’s none fitting- my waist starts to show and now my body looks more hourglass? I think I’m more of a pear body shape but you get the point.
But I feel like a fraud bcz I have to wear a bra in order for my waist to show, and that It doesn’t “naturally” get shown like that without one. Like yes the waist is there but it can’t be shown on its own bcz of my boobs, yk? Am I making sense?
And I get this feeling even more when I see women get breast reductions bcz they’re waistline gets to show more than when they’re boobs were bigger.
Also not to mention when I’m not wearing something tight fitting and now I look “fat”
Does anyone else feel like this? Am I wrong for feeling this way? Idek where this through process comes from or why I feel like this ? But yeah.

This trope is so common. And it’s crazy bcz these are not even all the moms.
Why does it happen so often? I wish I knew.

I’m thinking of thinning my eyebrows for a new, more alternative look.

BUT!

I am 165cm (5’5ft)
My dream height is 171.5cm (5’7.5ft)
I know my height isn’t bad (especially for a woman) , but I just feel like 5’7-5’8 is the best height for a woman. You’re not too tall or short -you’re in the perfect range.
And yes I know I can just wear 3 inch heels but just like my hb said to me, I can’t wear heels 24/7

I need to wear 2 bras in two situations
The thing is I went for a bra fitting last year and the current size I have 40DD/E, fit perfectly at the time , but the bigger bra sizes ( F and G cups) were SQUISHING ME, I still remember the pain, I just put it up to that my boobs are that weird .
And now it’s like the bras dont fit and they don’t LIFT like they used to , bcz I bought a bunch in that size ( 40DD/E) .
I’m planning on going to another bra fitting when I get to my home country bcz where I live such isn’t available , this time to a more professional place , but idk if I’ll get what I want.
Maybe I’m cursed to not be able to have bras that are beautiful, fitting, LIFTING and comfortable.
