Help my lawn for fall

We live in ND and just got hydroseed done in May. 5 days after it was put down, there was a lot of rain, so we are thinking some got washed away based on how patchy the backyard is as compared to the front. So now, the back is struggling, as you can see. There are also spots of our yard that are constantly wet and clay like, making it hard for the grass to grow. Think that'll be a separate issue we need to hire out for... Anyway, the landscaper refuses to come do touch ups for us like he initially said he would. What can we do in the fall and next spring to help promote a better lawn next summer?

What to do with our yard and weeds

Hello, first time homeowner in northern US (ND). Our new build home came with hydroseed and the lawn is struggling. Hydroseed went in first week of May, we've done 3 mows due to the back taking forever to grow. Now, some areas are overtaken by weeds. What can we do?

This back area is overtaken and we have some random weeds throughout the yard too. Tried to circle the problem areas in the photos and where the property line is because some of the taller grass is not part of our property. I am thinking we wait until mid September to spray this back are then wait and reseed it in October (what NDSU recommends for our climate to help kill it long term). In the meantime, do we just keep it short?

Then, what can we do about the random spots of weeds and then the circled photo of weeds next to our neighbor? Sadly that area happened due to their dirty washing into our yard from rain before they got grass. And a lot of weeds towards the house here in the other photo and then just random throughout the yard. Could we spray those areas now? TYIA.

17 Pro Max Camera Quality Issues

What am I doing wrong? I've watched countless videos, tiktoks, been on reddit threads of the best camera settings for the new iphone and my photos today on vacation are coming out awful, blurry, grainy, etc. as compared to my 15 pro max. Any ideas? Especially zooming in- I see beautiful zoomed in photos with this new iphone and mine came out trash!
Here's my settings. Camera control is "Camera" and Photographic style is standard. And yes, I understand RAW is meant to be edited. I've used RAW before but it's always come out better than this.

Timeshifter App Experience?

So I have a flight coming up from the Midwest US to Slovenia. I leave on a Saturday afternoon and land by Sunday at 720 pm. My flight from Denver departs at 8:25 pm Saturday and I am to land in Munich at 2 pm their time Sunday. In my head, I thought it would make the most sense to try to sleep as much as I can the first half of the long haul flight, since that's already near my usual bedtime. Then, just stay up the rest of my travel time until I can go to bed at my destination upon arrival. However, the Timeshifter app is basically telling me to get up at 5 AM on that Saturday and get hardly any sleep at all until Sunday night. How is this supposed to help with jet lag? Curious if anyone else has used this app before or has tips for my specific situation. Thanks!

Here is what Timeshifter says since it's not letting me attach a screenshot for whatever reason:
Saturday nap on my first flight from 2pm-3pm
Then, Saturday sleep from 8pm-11pm (even though my flight departs at 830pm lol)
Then, no sleep at all the rest of that day and finally sleep again on Sunday from 7pm-9pm (even though I land at 7:20pm at my destination lol)

Hydroseed and weeds, is this normal?

Hello, we are in North Dakota, zone 4A. New to lawn care in general so please bear with us. New build home and landscaping (hydroseed) was done through a local landscaping company that works with our builder. This is our backyard after 7.5 weeks (sprayed on May 12, 2026). We have not mowed yet because the back is very soft/muddy most of the time, patchy, the grass is short, and there are SO many weeds. The weeds get worse towards the back obviously there is a lot of weeds and such behind that isn't our property but we just spent a good 2 hours pulling weeds.
The side/front of the house is doing well, the grass is very tall, some weeds but minimal. What do we do here? I have reached out to the landscaper to see if things need to be reseeded because the back is just super sad. Any tips welcome, especially for all the weeds. I just feel like the amount is not normal!

New Build Grading/Water Pooling Issues

Hi all, new here so bear with me. We just moved into a new build and the street is on a hill but it is not very steep, but just enough that our neighbors are a bit higher than us. Our neighbors also have not done their landscaping (they have been in this home for 3, going on 4 summers) and are the last of the street to not have any landscaping, and we just moved in in May. Our hydroseed was put in 3 weeks ago and recently it rained and their dirt turned to mud and almost created a mudslide into our yard. Other pics were from the first rainfall a few weeks ago so you can better see how the water pools. A few questions for everyone here:

How can I fix this short-term? I thought to just shovel this mud back into their property. Landscaper doesn't think it'll effect the grass but says he'll need to see when things dry up. He did say that they need to landscape otherwise long term our yard won't hold up.

Long term, what is the solution? I am not sure if this is because they haven't done their grass or if this is a grading issue for the land itself. The pooling dries out I'd say between 24-36 hours at this point in time.

We are first time home buyers so this is allllll new to us. Luckily, my dad knows a lot and is very handy, but want to take initiative on this one. Our builder has been contacted as well and they say first step would be to talk with the neighbor, which they will be doing this week.

Nashville Bachelorette - Ubering Alone?

Hello! First time in Nashville for me and I am arriving 3 hours earlier than everyone else this coming Thursday. It will probably be around 9 pm by the time I get out of the airport. Is it safe to uber by myself to our Airbnb? We are near The Parthenon in Centennial Park. Thanks!!

I know many have already posted, but has anyone found a solution to not receiving notifications in Apple Home? I also can't see a timeline either, I have to go into the Aqara app.
