F(59) here, born with malformed ossicles with means conductive hearing loss since birth. I work in front store of a cvs. I got so frustrated and angry with hearing people today. Im tired of asking people over 2 to 5 times to speak up. Tired of people telling me to wear hearing aids when I've been wearing hearing aids since I was 8 years old.

Tired of these old,late deafened people thinking they have worn hearing aids longer than me. Oh, you have been wearing hearing aids for three years, try over 50 years, you're not special.

Sorry I needed to vent.

How can I get better at doing peg board pog? I know to star from bottom. Doing baby to go tomorrow.

Just need to vent. New manager came to my store, we already been through a few managers. Brought their own team. Some of the old crew went with old manager. Those that stayed are now being pushed out. They gave manager at a different store two of our numbers. We were pushed into calling the other store manger about transferring. I'm going to transfer but, I'm angry about how it was done. I was already looking. First the new told us prior people we were not trusted since we were not her people. I've been harassed about my hearing. Was told I couldn't ask them to speak up since I'm hard of hearing unless I had accommodations.

I'm glad I'm transferring. Won't tell the new store the real reason why I'm transferring. I just hate when bullies seem to win.

I'm a shift for 5 years, new manager brought her own team to my store. Her crew are very condescending towards me and two other coworkers. Tonight one shift ask that I split my 30 minutes lunch into two 15 minutes breaks.

Manager also told me of another store that needs a full time shift. Only colleague relations should know im looking. Person at accommodations was surprised manager told me about another store.

I need to take a leave of absence. Like tomorrow. Im facing eviction and feeling overwhelmed at work. My manager says if I call out i have to find coverage. Im a shift supervisor. I don't have time to do that when I'm having a hard time taking care of myself.

I know I can get a note stating I need one from my therapist. Also will I be able to use pto during my leave? I only want to be out until next Monday,so I need pto for 4 days. Sorry, I'm just so stressed out.

I thought managers would find coverage. But she says I have to.

I'm ,f58, so upset. Being evicted this week. I have no one,no friends, no family. Im working with someone to get help. Im tired of having a hard time. I want to shut down, I'm having a hard time not going into a freeze state. I don't know what to do. Please,no criticism, I get enough of that.

Being evicted this week. F58, set out is scheduled for Thursday. Only off today. Needing to move stuff to storage unit. I have no family or friends. I don't have furniture, just stuff in a small studio and a small dog. I don't know what to do. Scared to ask for help because I have always been turned away. Please be nice, I can't take meanness right now.

Working with Greenville county human relations. Hoping for something. I just don't have anyone right now. Not asking for financial support, just for hope.

Do store managers like employees who take initiative and do things without being told to do it? Well, I won't do it again. A shift supervisor who takes initiative must be a bad thing. Funny, this month's ap quiz mentioned not leaving back door open all day while working truck, even going to the floor.

Has anyone used the shift app to pick up extra hours? Would it be easier/better to call the store?
