Archie's Forge Terminator Legs

Just a heads up - seen that the terminator legs are leaving Archie's Forge this weekend following them getting a legal notice from GW. Know quite a lot of people here have used them so thought I'd let people know if they wanted to stock up.

Weight loss stalled after 20 months. Do I need to give my body a break?

I've been using Macrofactor now for the past 20 months to lose weight and I've dropped 52kg.

I found a routine that worked well for me. I eat what macrofactor tells me to, I walk average 15k steps a day, cardio 45mins 7 days a week and lift 5 days a week. It's worked brilliantly and I am in the best shape of my life.

The issue is I still have approx 8 kg I would like to lose which should get to to sub 10% body fat.

The issue is that for the past three months my weight loss has absolutely stalled and macrofactors solution has been to keep lowering and lowering calories. I've dropped from 1800 a day to 1200 and the scales aren't shifting at all. It's now getting to a point where what I am eating is not enough to sustain the level of physical activity I do. I'm basically collapsing at the end of each day from exhaustion. (Fyi food is being accurately recorded, I basically eat the same thing every single day so it's not a case of sneaking extra calories).

Is the macrofactor approach maybe not set up for such long term use? Should I take a break for a few months and eat at maintenance and then start again? What I'm doing at the moment just isn't working anymore and it's strategy checkin day tomorrow and if I see another calorie reduction I'm going to cry 🤣

Gym has made mens showers basically unusable. Women's showers not changed. Is this an Equality act complaint?

So this is a bit of an odd one and I appreciate it's not really a big deal (but it is very annoying for me).

Our local gym (in England) has removed all of the doors from the men's shower cubicles. This change has happened since the new female manager took over who is very friendly with a lot of the women clientele (this will be relevant btw).

The issue is that the cubicles face the door to the changing rooms which means that effectively if anyone opens the door to the changing rooms everyone in the corridor outside can see perfectly into the showers.

As a result basically no man uses the showers any more at this gym

The reason the manager is relevant is because this gym has shared male and female saunas and steam rooms and as a result since this change these facilities are pretty much only being used by women because noone wants to shower after. I've overheard some of the female clients saying how nice it is that the manager has made it this change so men don't want to use them anymore so it sounds like the manager effectively made the men's showers worse to make these facilities single sex by default.

Speaking to gym staff there's been no issues with the men's showers before, no misuse etc which would explain why the doors have been taken off, literally just the new manager doing it and saying she thinks it's a good change.

Could this be an equality act complaint? She's effectively discriminating against men by making their service worse.

Also just swapping gyms isn't really an option btw. We are in a very rural area, it's a 45 minute drive single way to the next closest equal facility.

Gladiators Live Tour - Venue Premium tickets?

Am I right in thinking that if you buy the tickets on Ticketmaster shown as Venue Premium that this gets you access to the pre show floor party? The wording across the gladiators tour website and Ticketmaster is a bit confusing and it not clear if these get you that. Anyone who has done it before know?

Thanks!
