I think my mom is not a good fit for her job and is possibly harming people.

My mom works for special needs adults in a group care home. I am also autistic, but I am not needing of those services and I can mostly function on my own with a little assistance, so I also understand the prespective of the special needs adults as well.

I am visiting because I was dropping off food from walmart so she could make dinner, and then she gave me some dinner as well.

While here, one of the clients was turning the lights on and off, and slamming a door. She then yelled at one of the clients, very loudly and very rudely. It scared me a little, which if it scares me a little bit, what is it going to do to others who have higher needs than me. The client she yelled at then yelled at her.

My family also needs money, and her loosing her job would be a moderate impact, however my dad also ears a decent amount so it isn't going to be a complete end game. She enjoys her work as well, but doesn't feel she fits in.

I am thinking of telling my therapist tomorrow since she works for the same company as my mom and she can get it to the right people, but I also don't have enough evidance, and want more data before I make a big accusation.

I'm not sure what to do and need help.

I am thinking of getting and moving into a shed, but I have no idea what I am doing. Please help.

I am moving back in with my parents, but the animals in the house cause my asthma to act up like crazy, so I need to be fully seperate from them. My dad wants a man cave eventually, as a shed. I offered that if they let me get a shed and live there, I will pay for all of it, and when I move out, my dad can use the shed without paying as much.

I need the shed to be barely livable at a minimum. I need a (stand up) shower, toilet, sink, AC/heat, some electricity. I think those are the bare minimums of what I need, obviously a bed and some decoration and lighting as well.

I am trying to keep this as cheap as possible while still being good enough. I will most likely need insulation as well. Is there anything I am missing and what do I need to do? What is a rough estimation on cost? All we have is a gravel foundation currently.

Any relevant advice welcome!

A code based on a system Alaskan School Children made.

I slightly expanded a system that Alaskan school children created, it easily goes to English without any other language. There are 2 steps to the answer if needed, but could honestly be done in 1 step.

Sorry mods that I deleted my last post instantly, I forgot to add the image.

Advice on potentially removing a church

I am going to start this off and say I do not believe in a higher power, but I'm not atheist, I am more of a humanitarian. However, I very strongly believe in the freedom of religion because I have seeneit first hand being taken away and the mental toll it can cause.

I am looking at buying a house, I found a really good one, but it is a church for Seventh day adventists. I do not know if it is an active church or not. However, if it is, I would not be willing to have active church in my potential future house, as I need the room to do things. If it is active, I plan on asking every single active member if they would be okay potentially loosing a church. If any single one of them says they are not okay with it, I do not plan on buying this house/church.

However, I still feel guilty and am hopeing for some advice from the specific denomination that this would effect. Thank you in advance.

What is every hidden fee I can expect and roughly the cost or percentage?

I am looking into buying a house, around the 40k-70k range, but flexible. I found a house I like for $54,900, but still need to look at other choices. I know there are hidden fees everywhere in buying a home, I looked up several online, and some I understand some of them.

I know there are closing costs, home inspection, PMI, property tax, utilites connection fee, etc. What else is there, how much can I expect it to cost in total. I don't have a ton saved up yet, but I make enough money and have a cosigner. I was told I needed to find a new place to live by around October/November, and I am trying to get out as early as possible, the earlier I get out, the more money I will save in the short term, but I will have less money for a down deposit, and so will pay more in the long term in interest for that.

I can't even find an EMT-B job within 100 miles, and I am nowhere near california.

I'm in kentucky, and I searched indeed within 100 miles of my town, and there were no EMT jobs. This could be a problem with indeed itsself, I won't deny that possibility. There are several AEMT, Medic, fire, etc. job postings, just no EMTs. I have a corporate EMT job because I had the job before I was an EMT, and then they gave me a raise for the sesponsibility of being an EMT. The problem is that there is only about 1 EMT call per year (which is good), and it might not even be on my shift. I want paitent experience before I start AEMT in around 14 months, but I'm not getting any. I don't want to be zero to hero. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Looking for roommate(s)

Feel free to DM me, ask me questions, etc. Anything you don't like I can try to be flexible. Rent overall will be super cheap any you will pay the same price I pay. I'm not making any profit, you are just saving me money, and I am saving you money. Ultimently, at the end of the day, we just have to get along. Any rules that apply to you, apply to me as well, you can make some rules as well that both of us have to follow if you wish.

Where can I post a physical ad on bulliten boards in paducah?

I already have Midtown Market, WKCTC, Books-a-million, and the dunkin donuts near firehouse subs. I am placing them now, and I need to get more out there. Any idea where I can post them? I want to follow that locations rules on advertising, which is why I am looking for the public boards since they typically allow it.

Non oral medication for OCD

I was first diagnosed with OCD in 2022 when I was in the psych ward, it has since been revised by my current therapist to be OCD like tendencies, however I believe she is wrong and that my OCD is more severe then she thinks. I am unable to swallow medicine, no matter how hard I try. I have tried crushing a pill and mixing it with pudding. It worked for about 2 months, then I threw up every time. I was on liquid citalopram for a while and managed that for about 4 months until I threw up (a lot) everytime I tried taking it. Citalopram worked amazingly, but had to stop due to vomiting. I have also tried swallowing whole pills, but they will never go down, I tend to gag and then throw up. I have been successful in swallowing a tic tac (practicing) once with mac and cheese, but it is not viable to make mac and cheese every day for a medicine.

I have occasional psychosis, mostly when stressed like when I took Calculus, typically seeing things, occasionally hearing and feeling things. I'm not in a super stressful environment currently and have 1 thing about every 3-4 days, my psychiatrist and I have determined they are mostly illusions versus hallucinations. The illusions are very short typically, however I did once (early on) have an auditory hallucination for about 10 minutes. Auditory hallucinations are never voices, always noises, but I know those noises could not be made in the environment I was in, or I would check some electronic device to play it back and it isn't there. I am not currently on any psychiatric medicine, but I desperately need to be, I am having a lot of sucidal thoughts, and a lot of OCD symptoms.

I have looked into a lot of medicines and doing some research (chemistry major and EMT). Ketamine IV seems effective for OCD (for 2 weeks per infusion), however I don't want to risk it due to the occasional psychosis and risk that it becomes more permanent. I have looked into Seligiline, and it seems like a great option, it is in patches, which would work great for me, but it is $2,500/month, and GoodRx only takes off a couple hundred.

I am willing to try any medication that is not oral. My therapy office has a nurse who can do intramuscular injections, so that is an option. Patches or creams would be ideal. I am also okay with rectal administration if absolutely needed, I just need the nightmares of OCD to stop. Ideally it isn't too expensive, I have really bad health insurance, so assume it is as if I have none. I think I can afford $100/month comfortably, but I might be able to pay more if needed.

I do not have a therapist specialized in the main non medicine therapy treatment method for OCD (I forget what it is called), I have been trying to teach it to myself, but I have had very little success so far.

I am having suicidal thoughts almost every single day and I have extremely strong desires to self harm, I am managing to fight those off, but I honestly don't know how long I can fight them off for, I feel like those are going to win soon.

My psychiatrist has told me that I can do a mail order compounding pharmacy if needed.

Other information includes: Strongly suspect autism, not diagnosed (I know I am autistic, it just isn't official), ADHD-Inattentive, General Anxiety, 23 years old, Trans MTF, currently on estrogen patches, I go to therapy every 2 weeks, I have a case manager I can typically call or meet up with any weekday during business hours, I see my psychiatrist about every 3 months. My psychiatrist is by far my favorite person, he is very scientific and that matches me perfectly. I am about 200 pounds, I live in the USA, so we are working with the FDA on what medicine is approved, I am perfectly okay with taking a medicine off label, as long as there is decent science backing it up (at least a human trial, doesn't need to be double blind or placebo).

If you need more information from me, just ask, and I will do my best to answer it.

Most armor I see online is from India, which I don't have a problem with India, except that the reviews are not the best, and they don't accept returns oftentimes. I am okay with spending $1k easily, I don't want to spend too too much though. I am looking for a full set of plate armor from the helmet down to the leggings, and shoe covers, if possible. I already have a chainmail chestplate and coif, but I want more. Does anyone have a good website or link?
