2013 Chen Sheng Hao Banzhang Arbor. From Quicheteas.

2013 Chen Sheng Hao

(Banzhang Arbor)

6.1g (80ml)

Wet Smell: Apricot, Ash.

Where to even start! This tea is a qi bomb. Really fills the chest and head. The liquid is extremely thick it's crazy it coats the mouth like tar. Its got a light flavor of apricots which is really pleasant. The aroma is even better to breath in while letting the tea work its magic. I went into this tea expecting to be writing a full review but its one of those that distracts you and consumes you into a land of enjoyment and relaxing 10/10 cant beat it for the price.

2003 Purple Dayi(Guangdong Storage) from Quicheteas.

03 7542(2003 Purple Dayi) Guangdong storage.

7g(90ml) questionable size, but it's a Friday we need a good start to the weekend.

Dry notes: Incense.

Wet notes: incense, minerals.

Steep 1: Rich on mineraly taste incense taste is a bit further on the tongue(first steep for this tea has never been that interesting)

Steep 2: Incense heavy. This is when I start noticing a bit of mouth feel very thick coating on the tongue.

Steep 3: Getting into chest warming, throat warming territory. This is personally in my top 5 for greatest body feel teas.

Steep 4: Oh yeah! Thats a good cup of tea.

Steep 5: Total body relaxation 😌 🥴

560$ per cake, is it worth it? Thats up to you. For me i think its a great tea to see good early 2000s storage.

Have a great day and enjoy some tea, cheers!

Colheita 2007.

It was extremely smooth tasting could taste all the notes I smelled plus a load of honey. As it warmed up to around 64ish it basically became a salted caramel bomb.

This coffee is just not meant for me...

39 days since roast, decent medium fine grind, 13g 229ml 1 bloom 2 infusions. The very first time i drank this 1 week after roast it was super grape juice like but now all im getting 32 days later is just balsamicy no fruit leather no fruit puree notes. It is a pretty smooth cup of joe tbf, but I'd much rather be drinking PP Tropical which is fantastic btw.

2011 xiaguan Jinse Yinxiang From Quicheteas.

[7g 130ml] Wet aroma - Incense + a bit of smoke.

This xiaguan is quite nice for the price which is $34, it's not super smokey like some xiaguan but a smooth flavor with a incense backbone. Good tongue coating and a bit of warming in the chest. Very pleasant tea on this rainy spring day. Cheers!

2019 Guanzizai Zi Zai. From Quicheteas.

This is a kunming/taiwan stored tea, it has a delightful crisp fruit scent. The taste is somewhat fruity not astringent whatsoever and almost has like a aged taste to it which striked me suprised as it's only been aged for 6 years. Would i recommend this to people, yes! It's honestly a great bang for your buck for only $25. (Forgot to also share this in this sub lastnight...)

Sharing another hersey with you folks again today...

Coconut + cinnamon in Amanda.... it works really really well! Before this i tried ground up star anise in some chimmaro and it was crazy delicious

u/amanwhodrinksmate — 3 months ago

I really want to like this one i do, but at the same time its just another mid playadito....

Honestly should have figured when I thought regular playadito was boring af should have stuck with my Kurupi and Amanda .
