Is there anyway to turn a PlayStation gift card code into cash right now?

Without getting scammed?

Seems impossible and surely there is a way to do it without being scammed…

Coutts staff accessing my NatWest account

Hello

I recently had a complaint and a Coutts member of staff dealt with it rather than NatWest. As part of the resolution they are waiving the £36 monthly fee.

Now I have thought about it this is very weird. Why is a Coutts member able to go into my NatWest?

I do not have Coutts my dad does I do not know why they dealt with my NatWest complaint

Is this normal ?

Anyone work for NatWest? Staff suddenly get very cagey about my complaint

Hi

Have had a complaint for 9/10 weeks.

Call for an update, an hour to get through and then “oh yes certainly I can give you an update, let me help I’m sure they will have outcome soon etc etc yep it’s been assigned let me check and I can get them to ring you too”

Then suddenly when they check the file, they go “erm oh, so, what I’ll do is I can put a note on the file to say you’ve called erm I would say you’ll have an update soon I can’t say when probably by end of week”

They say it’s definitely being investigate, it’s been assigned, it’s with a specialist team one person said, but they all of a sudden get very cagey when they open the case file

Why would this be?

Moment of clarity after years of mental health issues. Will this last?

34m non smoker England
Condition: ADHD. OCD
Medication: elvanse 70mg amfexa 40mg
Therapy:

Current:
Life coaching ( for around 15 years, 1 a month. Needed weekly when I was at uni)

Previous:
ERT (20 sessions over 2 years)
CBT (lost count over 4 years)

Many years I’ve been battling hard with addiction of different sources. Video games, drugs, alcohol, sex.

I am typing now because I have this weird moment of clarity, calmness and I’m actually going to log into work and do some work on a Sunday!

So recently I had a terrible addiction to a video game, yesterday I got rid of any way in which to play it.

This morning I woke up, straight away thinking about what I can do today that gives me dopamine and lots of it.

First thing I did was look to where has a similar gaming PC to the one I threw out in stock, I then moved onto thinking about what BBQs or garden parties I can should go to this afternoon to get drunk (warm here so lots of them), I then started thinking maybe I’ll just call a dealer and get some shrooms or weed, I then saw my girlfriend get out of the shower and I thought I wonder if she wants a threesome today. Then out of nowhere these thoughts went, I stopped thinking about all of these things I get addicted to.

I’m currently out eating breekfast and there is a pub over the road that is opening and I’m not even thinking about the booze.

How can I keep this state of mind?

I have never felt like this ever in my life, is this how normal people feel?

I’ve booked an on the day appointment with a psychiatrist but I wanted to get this out there before I lose this feeling

Edit:

Well it didn’t last unfortunately and I basically paid £120 for the doctor to tell me to speak to my usual psychiatrist. He said he thhnks that it might have been the elvanse, amfexa and caffine perfectly timed or something and then went into question my medication doses! Saying that they above nice guidelines!? Well nobody has told me this before
