Narcolepsy, chronic fatigue?

Edit: I’m a male. 33yo

Since I was a teenager in high school, no matter how much I slept, I was always brutally exhausted. I would fall asleep in math class and get sent to detention, but I literally could not help it. I would come home from school, dragging my feet and all of those things still happen today. A little bit of background, I had a rough childhood and still struggle from stress, anxiety, and depression. I also have some pretty bad ADD. I had a sleep study done years ago and they said they think I’m narcoleptic and tried a few medicines, and ended up using the one that they said is in the “date rape drug “. With that medicine, I would often wake up while on it and feel extremely funky, and I hated it. And it didn’t help.
Fast-forward a few years, I saw a new doctor and I had an additional sleep study done. Both doctors said I fall to an REM sleep within like seven minutes. She, after everything was set and done, said she believes it’s from anxiety and stress, depression, and diagnosed me with chronic fatigue syndrome.
With a family, two kids, and one on the way, I’m struggling. Some days I feel like all I can do is lay in bed and when I get up, I have absolutely zero energy. I also suffer from brain fog, and my memory sucks. When something awesome happens that makes me very happy, I sometimes feel totally energized. But that is rare. Today, I feel like I have nothing in me and I’m fighting with everything I have not to lay back down. I don’t have sleep attacks or cataplexy. But I’m miserable and I desperately need Answers.
Is anyone else going through similar? Does anyone have any advice? I do take Vybriid for anxiety and depression, but it doesn’t do much for me.

Explain investing like I’m a child…

I’ll get roasted, but as long as I find my answer… I’m 33. Wife, children. Debt is getting paid off and I’m investing more and more into my deferred comp and soon into my wife’s Roth IRA. I’d like to start planning ahead in possible investments. But I don’t understand stocks, or most things when it comes to stocks and investments. Google is great but nothing really breaks it down like I’m 10 years old. Where could I begin with a little bit to throw down in an investment and try to work it bigger and bigger? If you need more info, I’ll provide anything you need to assist. Thanks to all.

30yr mortgage 50% down…

EDIT*** —- maybe it wasn’t a “mistake”. I’ve gotten some heat in a couple responses. I’m just not educated on this stuff or I wouldn’t be on Reddit. Thanks to those that educated and assisted with answers.

Hey all. My wife recently inherited her parents home…kinda. It’s in their name, we live in it. Anyway, they built it for $230k, worth anywhere from 850k-950k today. Just in case that matters. We’ve learned it was about 6% interest when it was built and refinanced not too long ago at 2%. It’s been 28 years, and they still owe 115k. That’s only 50% down in 28 WHOLE YEARS!! How does that happen? They never provide an answer and I want to make sure we don’t ever make the same mistake… TIA.

Rust underneath…

My family purchased this vehicle about two months ago. 2024 armada SL. Being stupid, I didn’t think to look at the undercarriage. I’ll look at it to check something else out and notice all of the rust down here. Can anyone tell me if this is at all normal or if I should be concerned? TIA photos are below in replies. Wont let me add it here.

AC issues 19k miles?

My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Armada with 19k miles. Put about 600 miles on it so far. I’ve noticed the AC, always on coldest setting, will seem to go up a couple of degrees and then ice cold again. This is while driving or idling. My wife doesn’t notice, but of course she doesn’t pay attention to those things. I’ve noticed it in our old car so I ignored it because…well, it was older. But this car is too new for this. Could this be normal or should I pay to have it inspected? TIA

Selling house to buy property…

So my family is unfamiliar with this. My wife, kids, in-laws and I live on the same property in a small city. We want to sell this property and use the profit to purchase a small property and build two modular homes on it. However, we would have to use the money we make from selling this current property. Another issue, all of the companies that build modular homes don’t provide prices unless you give them all of the information upfront. I can’t provide the information because I don’t have it. And I can’t get the information because I need prices to determine what our plan will be. You see the problem here. Can anyone help me out here? How do we go about this if we need the money to start building but the money we would use with come from the property we are living in. TIA.

Holand Lop Cecotropes…

So we brought home our first two Holand Lops two days ago. Day 1, my daughter said one had “mushy” stool and odd behavior so we brought her to the vet and all appeared to be fine. Day 3, we have seen cecotropes a few times on the floor uneaten. Of course I get on google and it says if it doesn’t stick to their fur when it comes out or goes uneaten, it’s a serious medical condition. They are behaving normally and appear to be happy. Oh, and they are 8 weeks old. TIA for any assistance and thoughts. It’s something every day so far that gets us all nervous and we don’t know what to do.

Can anyone tell me what these are for? 2024 armada and I’m told it’s for towing but what in the world do they do? TIA

2024 Armada - we joined the fam

We officially joined the family today. We found a 2024 SL with 19k miles for 45k and had to jump on it. It’s the 5.6 V8 so we know she’s a reliable beast. We couldn’t be happier as a family.

2018 f150 and I’ve considered removing the air dam just to a minor change and better look. Any downside other than minimal decrease in MPG? And does a level effect anything or make anything wear out quicker?

Acquired a 2018 F150 super crew. We want to put a folding bed cover on it, but I’ve heard most covers that are supposed to be leakproof end up leaking anyway. Does anyone have any recommendations for an affordable, leakproof bed cover? Preferably one that can be locked for our road trips. TIA.

When we left off the gas pedal, it made a leaking noise. Watch the whole video
