Solidcore confirmed my membership would not renew, then renewed it anyway?

I want to say up front, I haved enjoyed solidcore and all of the coaches and the overall experience.

However, I wanted to ensure my membership does not renew, and on June 16, I contacted solidcore to MAKE SURE it did not renew in August. Its AI email bot told me cancellation requests require 30 days’ notice and warned that committed memberships could be subject to early cancellation fees. I was not trying to cancel early. I was trying to make sure my membership ended when my 12-month commitment ended, and I did not want any commitment with solidcore moving forward.

I got bounced around like this:

  • The AI bot treated my request like an early cancellation.
  • A representative sent me retention offers and cancellation terms.
  • I clarified that I was not canceling early and did not want to go month-to-month.
  • They asked if I wanted to stay month-to-month.
  • I clarified again.
  • They finally confirmed in writing that my membership would end with my contract, would not renew, and that July 11 would be my last payment.

Today, I noticed my account showed a new 4x/month annual membership starting August 11, 2026. I contacted them again, and a different representative told me my membership had automatically switched to month-to-month (?), that 30 days’ notice was required, and that I would be charged again on August 11.

The two attached screenshots were taken only a few hours apart, before and after their response. The first shows a new membership scheduled to begin August 11, before they responded. The second shows that future membership removed, after they responded.

I feel like I am being forced into a month-to-month membership I clearly said I did not want, after receiving written confirmation that it would not renew. The contradictory responses and changes to my account also feel dishonest and manipulative.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Did solidcore honor the original written confirmation and remove the extra charge? Ultimately I am going to dispute this with my bank if they continue trying to enforce this charge. This is a really unfortunate way to end my year with the brand.

Dispute claim/appeals dashboard DOES NOT work

I have tried to submit an appeal to an egregious medical claim THREE TIMES on UMR website AND app, and it does not work. I called UMR and they were like "soooo sorry you have to mail it that's the only other option, also? no one else has complained..." well, lady, I'm complaining right now.

Am I missing something?!

I consider myself pretty tech savvy and I received confirmation window all three times that I was able to print, out but no 'confirmation number' anywhere. There are no other buttons to press after this page.

"Appeal Confirmation

Group No: [NUMBER] Group Name: [GROUP NAME]

Patient ID: [MY INFO]

Claim No: [NUMBER] Paid Date: 05/05/2026 Provider Name: [NAME] Provider ID: [NUMBER]

[CODES & BILLING INFO]

Claim Dispute: [MY DISPUTE INFO]

[ATTACHED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS]

Transaction submission confirmation

Transaction number was submitted to UMR on 05/27/2026 by [MY NAME]"

WTF else is there to do? I am going to mail it but this is SO ridiculous and feels scammy.

TikTok video allegedly violated community guidelines and no explanation given

I’m dealing with what appears to be an automated enforcement loop on TikTok and I’m trying to figure out how to get a real person to review my case.

The video in question is a compilation of my own childhood home videos. I personally own all of the footage, and the music is a song selected directly from TikTok’s licensed music library. I’ve posted most of the clips before and anything new added was innocuous childhood/teenage footage.

The sequence of events has been:

  1. I posted the video and it was flagged as a Community Guidelines violation.
  2. I appealed, and TikTok immediately reinstated the video.
  3. After reinstatement, I noticed something I wanted to edit, so I deleted the post, restored it to Drafts, made the change, and reposted it.
  4. The reposted version was flagged again.
  5. I appealed a second time, and TikTok immediately reinstated it again.
  6. The video began receiving views and was being distributed normally.
  7. It was then flagged and removed for a third time.
  8. This time, there is no option to appeal.

At no point has TikTok identified which specific Community Guideline the video allegedly violates.

“Violation reason
Community Guidelines
Your content is against our Community Guidelines. The guidelines include rules and standards for using TikTok that apply to everyone and everything on our platform.”

The most frustrating part is that in-app support keeps sending me canned responses instructing me to provide a link to the video. That is impossible because the video has already been removed for an alleged policy violation and is no longer publicly accessible. There is literally no shareable URL for me to send them.

So I am stuck in a situation where:
- TikTok has twice acknowledged through successful appeals that the video should be reinstated.
- The video continues to be automatically flagged anyway.
- There is no remaining appeal option.
- Support repeatedly asks for information that does not exist.
- No one will tell me what guideline was supposedly violated.

This is clearly a false positive or automated moderation error.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue? If so, how did you get TikTok to escalate the case to an actual human reviewer and permanently restore the video? Alternatively, I just want to know (from a human) what was causing the flag so I don’t use that clip again to keep causing this error loop.

THIS IS NOT PROMO, but I am sharing a link to the exact same video that is live on Instagram just in case someone has a clear idea of what might be causing the violation: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYcZHcsg75A/?igsh=NXd4eWIzczd3em9v
