Cirqa: Can you wear it on the forearm/above the elbow?

Simple question for the people here... Since I prefer to hide the cirqa below the work shirt, I'm wondering if placing it on the forearm or above the elbow will change the quality of the readings that much?

Thanks!

[Recommendation Request] Watches with small lugs for a small wrist…

Friends, I’ve been eyeing the Hamilton Khaki 38mm in both movement variations, and I really like them both very much. However, I feel like the long lugs make them look too big on my thing wrist (I’m not a thin person though haha), and they feel like they don’t sit well, and this has got me thinking: what are some of the watches that you’ve seen that have small lugs? My Garmin watch for example is 42mm and it doesn’t look massive on my hand because it technically has no lugs…

I also feel like I can solve the problem partially by using a short strap that can help keep the watch in place because standard ones leave a good gap on my wrist at the tightest position..

Recommend away fellow enthused humans! Thanks…

Roam 2 vs Era 100 as a kitchen extender - versatility?

Hey all.. So I was thinking of extending my soundbar in my NYC apartment to create the continuity of sound between the living room and the kitchen and I'm debating Era 100 refurb vs a Roam 2 since both are going for the same price now..

I like the idea of the Roam and being able to take it out when we go outside or something, that portability is good but I already have a JBL flip 4 that does a good job most of the time. Or should I think of the Play instead as a comparison?

Has anyone gone through a similar decision recently? any experience? Thank you all!

My HR during the half Marathon race today in Luleå, Sweden

needless to say, the race was extremely tough for some reason. the track was ok, but the heat and sun was demanding (not used to even slightly warm weather ☀️) and did go out too strong (classic) after goal for aub 1h 50m. Finished 1h 58m. last year I did 1h 53m and it no way near as tough as this time.
