College move-in day complete!

Kiddo is starting their second year in education with a double major in intervention specialty and two minors on full academic scholarship! Blessed is an understatement!

What will my house be worth?

We are building a house in Northern Ohio. To get a construction loan, the underwriters want to know how much the house/property will be worth once it's finished. They are not requiring an office appraisal at this time. I just need a ballpark estimate. It's a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath barndominium (stick built with metal siding and roof). I'm getting a great deal from the Mennonites to build it for 184K up to the framing and then the General Contractor will finish for $77k. Utilities and HVAC are going to cost around 25K. SO we're getting in for under 300,000 but they want the house to be worth more. The land itself is 1.4066 acres and values at $75K with a house on it. Is it safe to say my house will be worth over $400K at the end? HELP!

Goodbye mounjaro!

Well, my doctor's MA wasn't able to get my new benefits admin to approve mounjaro for me. TBH I'm not sure how they got it through before this with no DM2 diagnosis. Zepbound isn't included in my plan either. I'm getting ready to build a house, so comping is out of the question for me too. I MAY be able to be on .5 for a couple weeks to lessen the comeback but I know the pounds are going to come back on. I was off for two weeks and gained 10lbs. I'm already on adipex for appetite suppression, but the mounjaro was a god-send. Hoping for an easy come-down anyway.

What am I missing? (Electrical and Plumbing Drawings)

Just as the title asks, what am I missing? My GC and Builders are getting ready to finish my drawings and they asked me to estimate where and what I needed electrically and plumbing-wise. I've never built a house before, so I'm sure we're missing things here. Any help appreciated!!
