Question about remote team building / all-hands meetings

Quick question for those of you managing remote or hybrid teams:

When you do team-building activities, do you actually pay for tools to run live games/trivia? I built an interactive trivia platform with power-ups, live rankings, many question types and so on, but I'm trying to figure out if managers actually have a budget (or the desire) for this kind of thing, or if you just stick to free/DIY stuff?

Need feedback on my new Trivia web app PlayQurio.com

Hey all, I built a little Trivia application called www.playqurio.com

There's a huge amount of apps like mine in the space, so I tried to differentiate with probably the biggest database of all of them (130,000 fact checked questions and going up as we speak), 30 question types (geo-guesser like questions, guess the color of any photo, guess the person by their voice, signature and others or even guess the country by its neighbours), duel plays and leagues and etc..

Also, you can create your own quiz with or without the help of AI.

Here's today quiz if you want to play it! (no need to register)

https://www.playqurio.com/remote/bdcfe9ba-3210-40a0-bb00-d19ac04330e6

I appreciate every type of opinions! I already received invaluable feedback here that made me go back and completely rework some of the flows!
