There were three dolls/scarecrows. This made me think of the rhyme "they come for three" that we haven't heard since like season 2. I feel like it has to be relevant somehow?

Every time they cut to the bird I kept expecting it to spring back to life.

So...where is Acosta? Is she still in that room trying to figure out what the objects mean? I guess only like a day has passed but it does kind of seem like the writers forgot about her the past two episodes. I'm expecting something to happen soon where she redeems herself. ETA- is the room Boyd left her in the same room that Jade found the door?

I was hoping for lake monsters. Instead we got dolls that came to life. I kind of feel bad for the guy who got ripped apart. The last time people spent the night in the settlement we heard things outside, was it the dolls?

"I know how we can save the children" That's great Jade but there's still a whole season and a half left. I'm really curious how the show is going to play out.

I was reminded of this story but everything I'm trying to google is bringing up wrong answers. I might even be misremembering details.

I think it was a nosleep story. It was a story about this guy who was described as looking punk. He had a very distinctive look. I want to say his name was Jimmy or something pretty plain. Multiple people claimed to have met this guy and whenever they would see him something bad would happen.
