انا من ثاني متوسط وانا ناسي ميف اذاكر الحين بثاني ثانوي ولما احي اذاكر اختبار اقول موب لازم واخليها بكرا والبنهايه ما اذاكر اصلا والحين قاعد اذاكر قدرات والمذاكره سيئة شبه مستحيل اكمل نص ساعه او ساعه بدون ما اقعد دبل الوقت عالتيكتوك مثلا يبيلي اشد بس ماني عارف كيف
So for the past year-year and a half when i watch anything i’d overthink while watching a lot bit than i didn’t really care, but then I noticed my overthinking problems which made it really worse now even when i start overthinking i start thinking about overthinking i can’t explain how but like its an important scene so i try to focus but then instantly lose focus, I’m 15 so if anyone now how to get rid of it please tell me
So when i play 3rd person or 1st person games when i move the camera around somethings get screen tearing like trees lights and stuff like that i tried turning vsync on gsync redownloading the gpu drivers but nothing worked its so strange but when i tried capping the frames at a lower frames than I usually it works in the whole monitor settings but i want my monitor to have its full frames so i tried doing it in the games it self but it just made the game super slow.

So im not sure if this is adhd but i think it is since i talked to a doctor but one of the signs were that i cant really focus on games anymore because im always overthinking some( am I enjoying this?) and while playing AAA games i would notice and look for some really some stutter like a tree moving like its glitching tbh i really hate this.
So I’m playing any aaa game pragmata at the moment and I’m facing screen stuttering when my fps is under 180 (my monitor is 180 hz) i tried Turing v-sync on i tried capping my fps i even reset my gpu drivers but nothing happened ( i have an rtx 5070 pny and ryzen 7 7800x3rd
