Hi are there any good portable lasers that actually work? Thinking of maybe doing a travel business instead of staying at one shop. I've read mixed reviews about the efficiency.

Best Medical Director Companies NYS
Hi I am looking to start a laser tattoo removal business. I'm trying to explore companies and so far I've come across Guardian MD and Medical Director Co. MDC starts at $799 and includes training standards, risk management, auditing, etc. It's just me and the equipment. Local tattoo shop purchased the machine but now can't use it because of the law changes. I would be renting the laser machine from the shop owner. I'm looking for the whole package as far as medical oversight because of how strict NY is and I don't want to do anything wrong. Any recommendations?

7 years at bedside
Please help me out here. I've been at bedside for 7 years as a covid/respiratory nurse, hospice home care, and oncology.

I'm looking for something to match my pay and benefits at the hospital but I'm having a hard time finding job postings.
​
I read somewhere that someone actually sets their own hours by completing the quota for UM. Something like this would be ideal, even with flexibility. I'd love to do 10-12 hour shifts but that's not what I'm seeing so far. But if I could hustle and work hard, finish the day early, I'm capable of doing so.

Can someone please point me in the direction of what company website you recommend? What do you do and what was your background in? Let me know what companies to avoid as well. I've seen a lot of postings for CVS, and the reviews are terrible.

My life changed when my dog had a stroke, and I just want to be able to be close to her. We only have them so long and I've had her most of my adult life. She requires a lot of expensive care, even with pet insurance which is why I need something $100,000+ to match where I'm at currently.

Please help
This is for my dog Lucy. She is my soulmate, my best friend, my savior. She is 12 years old this year. She suffered a stroke a few months back. She's pretty much status quo. We're trialing seizure medication to see if her eyebrow twitching is caused by a seizure or if it's benign to due to age. The MRI revealed a a prior stroke but not in the part of her brain that would explain her eyebrow twitching. She's overall healthy but the vet recommends an abdominal ultrasound. The earliest they could get her in is the 18th of this month. I am supposed to leave the country in a few days to see my family I recently reconnected with after 20 years, and she's staying back home with her brother and her dad (my significant other). I am debating cancelling this trip all together because I am riddled with anxiety. Is she okay? Is there anything she needs to tell me? Should I cancel this trip?? Please help me and tell me. I can't imagine a world without her.

NYS Laser Certification
Hello, has anyone taken any legitimate laser certifications in NY? I have an opportunity I'd like to take advantage of in the laser tattoo removal industry. But I want to make sure I'm not getting scammed with all these courses that get advertised. I was looking into Empire Medical Training. Anyone do courses with them? Have any other suggestions in locations from LI, NYC to Albany? I'm willing to commute. Thank you.
