Trailseeker Touring Leather quote - sanity check

First-time EV buyer, coming from a 2014 Forester XT. Looking at a loaded Touring Leather (MSRP $49,153). Two NJ-area dealers competing on inbound units. See attached for an initial quote.

Questions for those who've bought:

  1. Is the full $4,000 dealer cash actually being passed through on finance deals (not just leases)? Trying to confirm it's not lease-only.
  2. Anyone stacked NJ Charge Up + a loyalty coupon on top successfully?

Planning $0 down, financing everything at 0%. Appreciate any data points — thanks!

EDIT

thank you for your replies / suggestions. After some back and forth, their new total savings is now 7000, bringing with it my taxes down a bit, and my OTD price at 43,481.16, or $604 for 72 months. Any analysis is appreciated !

Thinking about an EV as my next vehicle. Was shopping and comparing on Geico.com to get an idea of how much each of these cars would cost to insure (both would be leases). Was surprised to see the Volvo EX90 - a 90k+ luxury EV suv - was cheaper to insure than a high 40’s Subaru Trailseeker. What gives ? And what other pockets like this exist ? (Where the potential insurance savings offset the higher vehicle costs) 🤔

Considering a 2025 Volvo EX90 Twin Motor Performance Ultra 7-seater demo lease and wanted to sanity-check it against real-world deals people are seeing.

Details:

MSRP: $93,840
Demo miles: ~1,287
Term: 36 months
Mileage: 7,500 miles/year
Due at signing: $0 cap-cost reduction
Payment: ~$899/month
Residual: $46,662.60 / 50%
Money factor: 0.00062
Incentives shown: $8,500 lease allowance + $2,000 Costco Executive
Dealer discount: $7,500
Total discount/incentive support: $18,000

For those who leased an EX90 recently, especially in the Northeast/NJ area: how does this compare to what you’re seeing in the wild? Good deal, average, or still room to push?
