Has anyone been able to get the self host server working with Server Hyper-V (not Win10/11)?

The first issue I hit is it not having the option to use my existing virtual switch, I can't let it create a new switch as the physical NIC is already in use (and I dont want to trash my existing switch in the process) and Server Hyper-V lacks the 'Default Switch' that Win10/11 has

I've tried creating an internal switch named 'Default Switch' with NAT and DHCP setup (to swap it over later) which gets the vm created and a bunch of files installed until I hit this error

Can't see anything in the Bing app for this either
