I enjoy approaching art from a technical perspective, and each session i try and walk away learning something new, even if it’s something small so i was hoping to maybe find some like minded people who are looking to chat and share art/what we’re working on for improvement

Skill doesn’t matter to me so much as someone having a desire to keep learning and growing as an artist 🤗

I am 30 so 25+ would be ideal. I work with pencil as well as digital. Been experimenting with 3d modeling and printing as I’m currently setting out to make a cosplay which will culminate in me casting in silicone which ive never done before. Ive engaged with art my whole life so it’s hard to say when I started, pretty much have always been drawing.

2d wise im trying to improve my understandings of color, as well as reigning in my style to make it something that i like more then it currently is. And just get more comfortable with digital as a whole.

Ive been on lamotrigine for a while now (9/10 months or something? Idk)

And its very much changed the way my emotions react to gore, its way more distressing then it used to be. Cant listen to true crime anymore even struggle with mild stuff in video games. It just feels too malevolent to engage with.

Im not sure how to explain it. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Has anyone been able to find out if her current ttk is faster or slower than the old version. It feels slower but i cant tell if its because im annoyed lol

Im struggling to figure out her kit as it seems her kick is pointless? I dont really know what to do beyond point and click, firing the occasional plasma burst to try and farm ult. It doesnt seem worth the risk to engage with her kick. Batons also still seem useless and its definitely not a “switching to your side arm is faster then reloading” type situation.

Old and new how is she actually working as far as playing now? I keep wanting to brawl with her as that feels like how her kit should be but its too risky in application. I just feel like I’m poke tickling. Hard to explain.

So ive been having this more recent issue where i will get dove, which i can fight off/escape pretty consistently but now theres the issue of my team cant stay up while im dealing with the dive. I ping for it, not even necessarily for peals but to let them know im busy and to play accordingly but I’ll look back and theyre blowing up even with my cosupport not being pressured. At most im distracted 5/7 seconds im dealing with the diver. Unironically the moment i stop healing/dealing damage it all goes to shit.

How do i remedy this? I play jeff as a reference.

Im trying to find characters that give me the same dopamine as jeff. So far ive come up empty handed. Mk used to but since his nerf it just doesnt feel the same. Dino and venom are fun too, but who would be a good dps?

I take everything back. People prefer ai art over human art. People prefer talking to bots over other humans.

We’ve fostered individual isolation, consumption of fast seemingly good quality and thats what people want.

Give me a reason why i should even bother continue making art. I made the mistake of sharing it, only for ai bros to make something faster than i can, with a few key strokes. And people guzzle it up. People like it MORE than the human made stuff i see floating around the same spaces. But you best believe the ai artist likes to claim its hand made.

Im just talking qp or arcade modes i like suffering in ranked as a solo. But i enjoy playing with widows. Not looking for amazing players or anything i just wanna chill and queue :)
