Condensed cream of mushroom sauce, chopped up portobello mushrooms, lean ground beef, textured vegetable protein, shredded chicken, spinach and thinned out with the whey from cottage cheese. Very good but looks ugly.
Yes, I had the Knockers Baseball with it.
Got it at Yorkdale in Toronto! Two variants of the tin, with either He Man or Skeletor as the default. Huge tin too!

$17.99 plus taxes. No Huntrix sauce because I dislike sweet chili sauce but the demon sauce is surprisingly hot! (Cajun heat.) Ramyeon seasoning on the fries just made them taste slightly beefy and salty. Surprisingly ten nuggets are crazy filling.
Sauce is thick and good (cashew based I think), rice needed a tablespoon of water because it just looked dry, and the texture of the soy chunks is more like beef.
I might pick these uo because it's an easy meal and may dump more chickpeas into them.
My mum (7X, very sedentary, doesn't eat much fiber, drinks little water) always had issues going. She'd feel the urge and has toilet shyness and then she'd turtle it. Last weekend, I shared a bean and tvp burrito with her and that pretty much stopped her up and she had McDonald's for dinner. She also stopped drinking coffee...so it became a literal perfect storm for clogging her pipes.
Day 1 - using glycerin suppository. Usually clears her straight up. Not a peep. Still eating normally and with normal portions.
Day 2 - used a glycerin suppository. No movement. Eating normally with the usual portions.
Day 3 - used a diet tea (smooth move alike) and still nothing. Eating normally. Brought up using an enema and she agreed.
Day 4 - doubled up on the diet tea and the poop chute pill. No luck! Came round with milk of magnesia and a sodium phosphate enema. Still eating normally!
Day 5 - homemade prune juice (steeped five prunes in hot water and blended it with extra pomegranate juice) with 20 mL of milk of magnesia. Waited two and a half hours and nothing. Deployed the enema and it gave her cramps but she was able to pass a little bit of pebbly stool along with a bit of liquid. Ate a full dinner too.
Day 6 - still felt like she had a lot in her gut so I came around with commercial prune juice. Gave her a full mug of it, added 30 mL of milk of magnesia, and a pat of butter. Warmed it in the microwave after dinner. She drank it all, complained that it was making her feel full. Waited 2 hours and she decides to go to the bathroom. Passes a perfect smooth sausage, thinks she can go to bed. (Side note - my dad and I both go to brush our teeth after that and it smelled like death even with my covid loss of smell...lmao.) Goes to bed, wakes up every 2 hours to go poop. It's solid every time and eventually her body just starts pushing liquid. I check on her in the morning and her stomach is nearly completely flat. She's exhausted but happy she managed to do that.
Moral of the story - watch that fiber and water intake lmao. (I eat a lot of fiber but I tend to chase it with water and cardio.) Also, the milk of magnesia/prune juice/butter cocktail works! I was tempted to add coffee but I didn't have decaf so yeah.
Good luck and don't take the milk of magnesia if you have kidney or heart issues....
