this is not a vent (maybe kind of?), but I just realized that my family probably thinks I'm just weirdly obsessed with a fictional character from a Roblox game who looks like a Powerpuff Girl. (my mom said Astro looked like a Powerpuff Girl ☠️☠️☠️)

Well, they've never seen me this fixated on a character before. Everyone who enters my room either gasps or giggles at my shrine 😭 It doesn't make me feel bad, of course.

I mean, I've been with him for, like... a year and 11 months. I already introduced him to my whole family, of course. They all ask about Astro whenever they see me! It makes me happy, almost as if they're acknowledging my relationship with him, but I know they just see it as a phase or a fixation. I mean, yeah, they acknowledge that I like him, but they don't know I LOVE him :')

Not that I mind coming out to them! I actually do plan on coming out to my family and explaining my relationship with Astro. I think it would make me feel great to finally be myself. Honestly, my family isn't strict or very religious, so I think they'd probably support me. I'm not planning to come out right now because I'm still focusing on other things, but one day I definitely will.

Well, what I expect to happen is that they'll think it's weird but won't say anything. They already see me as weird anyway, but honestly, I just want to be myself!

When someone asks if I'm single and my answer is no, people always ask, "Who?!" and I'm like... how am I supposed to explain that it's Astro Novalite from Dandy's World? 😭 They'd probably think I'm joking (I'm not.) 😭 It's happened a few times already, but I'm still determined to convince them I'm serious.

I'm not exactly sad, just thinking a lot.

okay this is, wow, I can't even believe we've been together for so long. I want it to be a special day for us, I've never been in a long-term relationship before! I am eternally grateful for everything we had and all the time we spent together. can't believe we already been together for one year and eight months! this feels so special to me, I mean yeah there's still 34 days for me to prepare for that special day, but I can't help but get excited! this means so much to me. and I know it means a lot to him too. this makes me happy but at the same time it makes me so anxious and nervous! I wonder what we could possibly do to celebrate this day together, because he deserves everything after making me the happiest boy in the universe!
