When was the last time you were truly bored?

With phones, social media, OTT, podcasts, reels, constant notifications and an endless stream of information, there’s always something to consume.

Do you actually remember the last time you had nothing to do and simply sat with your thoughts?

What does a healthy relationship with money actually look like?

As I’ve become more financially aware, I’ve noticed that money can easily become an obsession..

Tracking investments, comparing returns, regretting past decisions, constantly thinking about whether I should have invested more, spent less, bought gold, etc.

I’m financially responsible and do save/invest, but sometimes I wonder whether I’m actually enjoying the money I’ve worked hard for.

How do you personally define a healthy relationship with money?

At what point does financial discipline become excessive?

And how do you balance building wealth with actually enjoying your present life?

Would love to hear how people here have found that balance.

How did you start your workout journey, and how is it going now?

I’m a full-time working mother of two kids.. one is 5 and the younger one is 3. I usually wake up between 6-7 AM, and the kids’ school starts at 8:45. My office starts at 10 AM and is about a 25-minute drive from home. I get back around 7 PM, and after that, it’s mostly kids’ time. I usually go to bed around 9:30-10 PM.

I’m yet to lose my postpartum weight, and I’m finding it really difficult to start a proper fitness/weightloss journey. I’ve tried several times, but I usually lose motivation and derail after a few weeks.

Ladies who are managing both work and home, how are you doing it? How did you actually start your fitness journey? What helped you stay consistent, and how far have you come?

I’d really love to hear your experiences.. especially from working moms with young kids. ❤️

Do other financially responsible women feel this way about buying gold jewellery?

I'm in my late 30s, have a stable job, save and invest regularly, and I'm financially comfortable. Whenever I see women my age buying gold jewellery, I genuinely want to own some too.

But when it's time to actually buy it, I just can't bring myself to spend the money. I keep thinking it should go into investments, savings, or something more useful... I end up walking away without buying anything.

It's not that I can't afford it... I just don't seem to have the courage to spend on jewelleries after this price hike.

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you get over the mental block? Or is this simply part of having a very conservative mindset with money?

Alternate career opportunities for Banker with credit background.

37(F) Indian. I am working in one of the Public Sector Banks in MSME Credit Department. I have done this for 10 years now and want to change my career. With kids growing up, I am finding it incredibly difficult to maintain work life balance. I usually work from 10 to 8 and on weekends too. I am thinking of quitting my job by 2030.

I don't want to sit idle after quitting. I want to shift to low stress and flexible career options.I am an Economics Graduate and started working right after College.I never got time to upgrade my skills or try anything new. I dont have much skills to rely on but I am willing to learn new things.

I don't want to work in banking sector. Please suggest me alternate career opportunities/ courses.
