Tsokolate / tablea spots in Tagaytay + questions on weather, getting around, etc.

Magandang gabi! Planning to do a relatively quick day trip to Tagaytay. Any recommendations saan masarap ang tablea or tsokolate na drink? I've seen Kuuma Kaakao recommended in another thread but please let me know your suggestions! Also other questions:

- How's the weather in Tagaytay now? Would it be wise to visit this week or maulan pa? Initial plan is tomorrow or Thursday.

- If I'll go to Kuuma Kaakao, walkable ba if pa-Starbucks Downhill and Grandmaster Hotel? I don't mind walking mga 3 KM but if walang dedicated sidewalk or maulan, what are my options on public transpo?

Tried the search bar pero parang wala pa masyadong discussion on tsokolate drink spots in Tagaytay. Maraming salamat!
