I was reading an article about a new medical procedure to implement a device to stimulate the Vagus Nerve and how it reduces depression symptoms up to 70%. During practice I sometimes hear some instructors refer to how we’re stimulating the Vagus Nerve in some poses. After practice I always feel calmer, more peaceful, and happier.
