Can’t play offline with bots, there’s not even an option to other than local games (Xbox)?

Hi, I decided to each my niece how to play games and wanted to start with mw2019 offline. Is it not possible to play multiplayer with bots unless you have game pass? I am asking because no matter what I can’t find playing multiplayer offline. My only option is local games and i don’t even have the option to make a game. It’s been so long since i’ve played mw but i never had this issue when i used to play offline.

For those who use social media for inspiration was it really hard for you to delete it?

Hello! I don’t use social media too often but I used to. Now I open it up a few times a day. However, deleting it has been so hard and near impossible for me. I use social media for inspiration and to help drive my creativity. I do a lot of art and when I want to draw I will open social media to help drive my brain when struggling to come up with stuff and because of that I find it so hard to delete it. For those who also use it for idea and inspo how did you manage to be okay with deleting it

I have been finding myself quick to anger and i’ve never been this way

Hello, I don’t know where to start at all. I had always been a very patient person, I would always sit aside what i was doing and be able to help people or do something they asked of me that they wanted or needed done. This could be doing the dishes, making people a drink, lots of stuff that a teen could do and younger because I am speaking of my younger self. I am now 22, and this last year but most importantly in these last few months I have found and noticed myself becoming extremely impatient, quick to anger, quick to shutting down and everything. And I wouldn’t say I project my anger in an angry way but it has made me extremely blunt. My niece who is 9 came to me because we have to baby sit her every day from 5am to 5pm came in my room and just stood there, she said nothing for 3 minutes and that it’s self has always made me feel uncomfortable like i am just being watched. Then she says. let’s plan what we are going to do today which means how the two of us will spend our day together and it’s like the statement instantly trigged me. and i started speaking before thinking. “today i do not want to plan a day, we are not planning a day together today. it seems like every day people have plans for me but never allow me to have a day and spend it with myself, one day i will die, one day you will die and we will be gone in the dirt. And i will have realized i spent every living day doing what others have “planned for me” so no, today will be me and just me to myself. i would like to be alone”. And that’s all i said in a very blunt straight forward tone and i feel bad because i have been doing this more and more. I feel like i am running out of time and have this constant feeling of dread. I used to think it was my screen time but my screen time has dropped from a whopping 5 hours a day to 2 hours a day which mostly consists of looking at reference photos for art or responding to messages or a google search. i spend maybe 15-30 minutes max a day on short content like reels. I don’t have tiktok. but i hate how i feel and i have been trying to figure out why i feel this way, and as someone who has always been a “good” person, going out of their way to help people or living things and someone who was so slow to anger or being bothered i now find myself not being able to go out because my brain sees so much now as bothersome of negative. But this last year i feel like ive just lost myself and i don’t recognize myself. I have had depression since the 10th grade, my dad always refused to let me get help so i have never gotten it, most of all my issues have been swept under the rug or my parents would respond saying (everyone is like that. you should realize you’re lucky because it’s no where as near as a struggle or as bad as i have (whatever mental illness or issue they list is).” so i just sit there and listen to them and say nothing. They have never taken my struggles seriously, i was born with ARFID for example. instead of properly dealing with it, they would make me sit at the dinner table for 3-4+ hours until i finished my food to let me go to sleep at times. I have severe social anxiety as well but i have noticed it is worse and i feel like idk how to socialize at all if my parents are around me and i do so much better when alone. and on top of everything all my brain craves is quiet, i used to love music but not i never listen to it because there’s non stop noise, people listening to to music awhile another person is watching tv and another person is blasting reels. i actually started to hate short film content like reels around a year ago because it’s so over stimulating. I just feel like i am drowning and i am stuck and cant escape but i dont know what i am trying to escape from but i am also the person people go to to rant and tell all their issues so all i hear is complaining from people and i feel like its made me so irritable and now i complain and i hate it and i hate how i am and i want it to stop because i feel like i am suffocating. I have had a past of self harm but always hid it and i rarely do it now but i often find myself laying in bed thinking of it recently or doing anything to stop myself. I just don’t know what’s changing in my brain. For around two years i was feeling a lot of nothing? no joy no excitement and couldn’t cry anymore, i rarely got angry or anything and now its changed into irritability, anger and me crying trying to contain myself.

When I open my jaw my left ear sounds like a pressure change with air coming inside.

Hello! I do not know if this is TMJ related but anytime I look up my issue most everything is in TMJ. On and off I have an issue with pressure in my ear and it almost sounds like when you go under water and all sound is amplified as well. When I bend over with my head pointing at the ground the sound and pressure goes away. When I open my jaw to a certain point the sound happens as well. I don’t have this issue 24/7 but on and off and it is almost always triggered when I do intense workout or if I lift anything above my head as well. It’s a very uncomfortable feeling and makes swallowing harder and adds added pressure and a tense feeling to my throat up through my jaw into my left ear. Does anyone understand this or relate? I am not sure where else to post this. I also don’t have medical insurance so i can’t get professional help. It’s something that affects me and causes great discomfort. I have to change how i breath and open my mouth and swallow when it’s currently happening.

How do you find risks to take when you grew up in a household that locked you away from the outside world?

Hi, I know it’s different for everyone but I am just looking for other peoples experiences and guidance. Growing up I was overly sheltered and wasn’t allowed to go out or have friends. I had highly over protective parents. Now i am in my 20s and have realized risk taking is important is especially something i myself can benefit from. But i am so stuck, i have no idea what one would take risks on. I cannot drive because my parents prevented me from learning until this last year which i’ve been practicing. I wasn’t allowed to get my first job until last year because they finally allowed me and gave me my ssn. I feel like people don’t talk enough about the negative effects of being completely controlled and over protected by family because you essentially live a life where they fear monger you. Now i feel like i know nothing, i couldn’t think of a single topic to take a risk. How do you find things deemed risky. Any guidance is appreciated

does anyone know when this quarter ends?

Does anyone know how quarters work at ulta. I worded this so poorly but for example Q3? And does anyone know how gratis works, is it with each quarter or every other? So if the last box was weeks 13-19 would the next be weeks 20-26 or so? Or would it skip a couple weeks

is this years halloween collection smaller than the past?

I know it’s been a year since the last release so I may not remember well but i feel like there was a lot more halloween last year compared to this year? Please let me know if i am just imagining it or if it is the case. It seems lower effort this year and like they just focused on the same few things. But i very well could be mistaken but it was a random topic of discussion i wanted to hear about from others!

Are themes from fan night used during halloween?

Hello, I have never been to universal but have looked into their halloween event. I am an avid scooby doo lover and was scooby doo was part of fan night. However, I am unsure what exactly fan night is. I am looking to learn from people who actually have an understanding of the park and fan night. Will scooby doo be something that’s coming to universal halloween? Or is it 100% officially done?

Annual review raise

I was randomly thinking and for my annual review my manager told me she put exceeds expectations for nearly everything because i typically go above and beyond. She told me after submitting her review for me she got it back and everything reset or showed meets expectations and wouldn’t let her do exceeds. Is there a reason the system doesn’t let them give people exceeds expectations or does it goes to the GM to edit after or how does it work?

Did your GM give away FLC gratis to the team?

Just curious, i saw some did and some didn’t. Is the flc gratis strictly to give to gms or was it encouraged to share with the team
