Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with my mechanical keyboard and would appreciate some guidance.

The following keys have stopped functioning:

- W

- S

- X

- Left Alt

All surrounding keys work normally, so the problem appears to be limited to these specific keys.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting, including cleaning the keyboard, reseating the keycaps, changing USB ports, and restarting the system, but the issue persists.

Could this be caused by a faulty switch, a damaged PCB trace, or another hardware issue? Is this type of problem generally repairable, or would replacing the keyboard be the more practical solution?

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

My laptop randomly loses both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. They completely disappear from Windows, and the only way to get them back is restarting (sometimes even that doesn't work). It's happening more and more often and it's getting really annoying. 😭

Has anyone faced this before? Any permanent fix?
