Chamberlain Issue
Just bought a house and tried to add keypad to it. When I click the yellow learn button 3 times the door opener beeps but the up arrow blinks. I then go through do the limit training and set that successfully. (Hold the middle button, set the open movement, press middle button, set the close movement, click middle button. The. Click the flashing up button and the door opens and press down button and it closes) I then click the learn button 3 times again and the up arrow blinks.
I also tried to do the MyQ app and it Mia still connected to the previous owner, when I go through the reset function it acts like it’s reset but I cannot get rid of the previous owners email…
Could my learn mode issues be stemming from the unit still being register to previous owners?

Water leaking from vacuum breaker on toilet…
I noticed water coming out of the top of the vacuum breaker. I replaced the vacuum breaker with a new one hoping it would fix it and it hasn’t. I then replaced my water pressure regulator just to make sure I’m not getting too much pressure.
It is still leaking and I can’t figure out why… anyone have any ideas?
FWIW I noticed my shower pressure was low but that seemed to have resolved itself after cleaning out some buildup in shower filter.
