Where have you actually used the 48 Laws of Power in real life?

I’m really interested in The 48 Laws of Power—I honestly think it’s a great book. But I’m more interested in how the ideas actually work in everyday life than just reading the historical examples.

I’ve made a couple of posts asking about this before and got fewer than two comments combined, so I’m trying again 😅

Have you actually used one of the 48 Laws in your personal life? Which law was it, what was the situation, and how did it help (or not help) you?

I’d especially love to hear ordinary, real-life examples rather than famous historical ones.

Where did you actually apply the 48 laws of power

Recently I have been really interested to read the 48 laws of power by Robert greene. He provides really great examples of where different personalities have used the power throughout history those personalities are usually great figures who used it in political and on a worldwide basis. But I actually want to know how common people like everyday Joe actually use it in there life give me some examples of where you have use written your life to gain power deescalate a situation or which are just help you in your overall life to gain influence. Tell me what loss you have used against people for your own benefit.

What are some applications of these laws in your personal lives?

I do agree that this book is really phenomenal one and is really captivating to read and as all the treasures of knowledge a person has to know yet everybody are not meant to read this book. But I would like to know where some people have actually use these loss apart from influential people from society I would like to know where common people living routine lives use this in there own personal lives.

SaaS for Sale (AI powered resume tailoring platform and application tracking)

[FOR SALE] JobSpike – AI Resume SaaS (Early Stage) | Full Source Code + Branding + Huge Growth Potential

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to sell my AI resume SaaS project JobSpike. It's still in the early stages of development, so I'm being completely transparent—this is not a finished product. However, it already has a strong technical foundation and a clear roadmap, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to continue building rather than starting from scratch.

You can also explore the current live version before making an offer:

  • AI Resume Analysis
  • ATS Score & Diagnostics
  • Resume Builder
  • AI Resume Improvement
  • Resume Templates
  • Resume Version History
  • DOCX Export
  • PDF Export
  • Email & Password Authentication
  • Google OAuth
  • Dashboard
  • Resume Analysis History
  • Responsive UI
  • PostgreSQL (Supabase) Database
  • AI Integration

  • Python (Flask)
  • PostgreSQL (Supabase)
  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript

  • GitHub repository
  • Branding (JobSpike)
  • Domain (optional)
  • Database schema
  • Deployment setup
  • Documentation

Current Status

The platform is functional but still raw and requires additional work before it reaches production quality.

The backend foundation, authentication system, AI integrations, resume analysis engine, builder, exports, and dashboard are already implemented. The remaining work is primarily focused on polishing the UI/UX, improving workflows, fixing remaining bugs, and completing advanced AI features.

Potential

I genuinely believe this project has significant potential.

The online career services market is massive, and JobSpike is designed to become an AI Career Operating System, not just another resume checker. The long-term vision includes:

  • AI Resume Optimization
  • AI Job Matching
  • AI Cover Letter Generation
  • Career Dashboard
  • Job Application Tracker
  • AI Career Coach
  • Recruiter Simulation
  • Personalized Hiring Insights

Most of the groundwork for this vision has already been laid.

Why Sell?

I'm considering selling because I want someone else to continue building and realize the project's full potential.

Asking Price

$900 OBO (Open to reasonable offers).

If you're interested, feel free to DM me with:

  • Your background
  • What you plan to do with the project
  • Your offer

I'm happy to answer questions, share additional screenshots, or provide a walkthrough of the codebase and live demo.

Just bought my first!!

So after researching a lot and checking through this community I have bought my first Bitcoin which is 0.0008 Bitcoin since I am just a teen living with my parents so there is the option to use leverage in the account should I be using it and take a slight risk so that I could profit a little more

Wanna buy but can't.

I am just 14 years old who understands stocks index funds and long term investment strategy. I have been following Bitcoin for more than a year no and analysing past trends and the four year cycle and this reddit community I have understood it's best to buy Bitcoin now but using my mom's account we don't have much spare cash or disposable income to invest in Bitcoin or I would be all in.

How do you decide to buy a coin?, I mean what all factors to check for buying a coin?

I'm a complete newbie and am living under a rock about crypto, but have been tracking bitcoin since a year and a half. Tell me what to analyse before buying a crypto.
