Hello! Seeking some help from the experts here. I’ve done the prep. Roughed up the nail dried it up. Cured it, shaped it into a taco and cured it again… why’s the edge lifting already? Any help is appreciated. Also.. if something’s too big or too small for the nail and nothing else in between is it ok to stretch it out?

This morning I noticed a wart/pimple on dogs face. It’s on the side of her face and noticed it this morning. Trying to get a vet appt but it’s booked out. Meanwhile trying to get some advice here. I had to dig through the fur to see what it was and it looks like a round wart pimple but there appears to be dried up blood pieces on her furs. I tried taking a photo.. any advice would be helpful. For context she’s turning 6 this year she does have allergic reactions on her paws sometimes. She seems her normal self. I noticed this just this morning.
My grandfather passed more than two years ago and I am a beneficiary of the trust he left behind along with my other siblings. He has a building. My first aunt was named the trustee of the trust. This building generates rental income. My aunt who is the trustee also has children who are beneficiaries of this trust. Once the building sells we are to receive a portion of this sale. However, for the past two years she’s been putting the price of the building so high there are no buyers. I am looking for a fiduciary litigator that could help in this type of case in New Jersey. Please recommend. Most lawyers just seem to generate up wills from my Google search so far.
My neighbors are super nice. I live in a duplex and we have a pretty good relationship. One of my neighbors parents are visiting and the father is a chain smoker. Smokes in front of the house back of the house. Now that the weather is getting warmer I leave my windows open but now my house reeks of cigarette smell. How do I address this with my kind neighbors? Also- I don’t know if the parents are living with them or visiting but they’ve been here for over a month now….

Looking for some motivation or consolation on how to keep trudging along with my job. Joined about a year ago I like my manager, like my salary but the people I need to work closely with.. they’re just so territorial about their regions. Where’s the team work? The slightly more senior guy tries to make me do his grunt work like administrative annoying kind of tasks he should do for himself or making me run coffee errands. It’s ever so slight and not outright and not all the time enough to make any kind of complaint about it. It’s a sales role and having more relationships is the way to grow. How to console myself this is just a job and not to take it personally? How do I grow a thick skin and be less sensitive and to just realize I’m doing this for the paycheck? Lastly, don’t want to leave the job. Looking for motivation consolation to keep on going….
