AI usage like claude code and copilot in service companies - WITCHA

How's the AI usage like in WITCH companies? Do they give claude code and copilot licenses to developers?

Product companies I know are mostly having unlimited AI or not much restrictions in token usage.

But service companies operate on tight billing margins and they have clients from banking and finance domains with strict regulations.

Anybody have any info on AI usage in these WITCH companies or they're still following manual coding?

Confused after good interview round. No response yet

Hi everyone
I completed an interview for engineer 3 a week ago. It was in a zoom meeting with breakout room.

They didn’t tell me to stay back so I didn’t stay back in the breakout room and exited the meeting.

There was no end time in the invitation.
I did exceptionally well in the interview but it’s been one week still no callback or response.
In deloitte website I’m not able to see this specific application as well. Other applications are visible.

Will I get a callback? What do you think?
Was not staying back in breakout room a mistake?

Infosys gcc projects - anybody have any info on this?

Hi everyone
I’m waiting for an offer letter from Infosys.
They are telling it is a gcc hiring where they are hiring for a client gcc setup and after 2 years client will take over and employees will be transferred to their payroll.

Is it a good opportunity? Does anyone have experience with these sort of gcc hiring by service based WITCHA companies?
