[TOMT] Grungy guitar song around 1980s-90s (listen to vocaroo)

Trying to identify a song which was played in grungy indie clubs. Unsure if there are vocals or not. It initially had those chords at the start on a distorted guitar and percussive strumming then had the slight melody after it.
