I’m 93kg 5’8 and I’ve fucked up my diet once again I’ve been at this weight loss thing for 4 years and keep gaining and losing the same 5kg. I’m technically obese I really need a advice on what to do do I go extreme or do I do a recompense cause I’m getting mixed advice please help me
I’m 22 5’8 starting weight 93kg currently 91.5kg (quite big) my maintenance is 2500 and as you can see I’m consuming 2200, but I do cardio in the gym (incline walking) 20mins everyday should I account the calories I burn into my deficit and eat more? Or continue doing what I’m doing?
I’m gonna start reta this week just waiting for the delivery but I’ve been told to not cycle it at all but that just makes no sense. Can anyone confirm or deny if you have to cycle reta? And how long before you come off it?
