Is there a reason that sometimes the app cuts off at a random time and others it shows the person was home all night?

Most nights the app seemingly cuts off and then picks back up in the morning but some nights it says they were home all night.

This used to not be the case, it used to always show that they were home all night.

Is this normal?

I feel like this thing has plenty of sensors on it. Hell it made an accurate map of my entire house. But somehow it still seemingly wonders around like it’s confused with sputters of rational thought.

How is this possible?

Bought some outdoor camera a few weeks ago and got them all set up in the app. only ended up installing two, the other two have been sitting in a closet without batteries in them ever since.

This morning at 2:34 am one of them that was sitting in the closet somehow connected to my Alexa? Someone make it make sense.

Someone please help me

I’ve been trying to get the ATT Smart home manager set up for a few months now and after dozens of calls to ATT I am at my wits end.

I have ATT fiber internet through my property management company for the home I’m renting. When I attempt to set up the SHM app I am asked for an account number, I don’t have this and my property management company is unable/unwilling to provide it to me. When I called the onboarding department (supposedly they are the ones who handle this) they just assume I’m trying to set up a new service and try to get me to open a separate account.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do here? I’m so lost.
