I saw this abomination when I was watering my slwild strawberry plant in a pot.😱

Horrible timing if this thing is broken but I
the heat this week is going to be brutal. I am not sure what model this is.

My mini herb garden consisting of Blue Tuscan Rosemary, Greek Oregano, Creeping Thyme, and Berggarten Sage is looking sad right now. They were all transplanted 10 weeks ago to a 20 in W x 16 in H terracotta planter. I water it once every 2-3 weeks. They were all looking healthy prior to transplant. I am very new to gardening. Please help!

Are there any chance for new foliage to emerge? What should I do? (Please don't mind the hays being to close to the crown. It just rained yesterday and it messed up the space it had around the crown when I took the photos). It gets full 6-8 hrs sun and being watered every 2-3 days. I used fox farm ocean forest potting soil.

My tomato plant (7 weeks from germination) stopped growing/producing new growth this past couple of weeks and is yellowish. I found some eggs and white flies under the leaves last week and sprayed insecticidal soap and I haven't seen them since. I'm a first time tomato grower and I'm not quite sure what to do next. Please help.
AdditionaI info that may help:

1. I applied fox farm cal-mag for the first time yesterday and water it almost everyday due to hotweather (zone 10a).
2. Potting soil mix used to this plant was Sta Green vegetable and flower potting soil mix mixed with pumice and earth worm.
3. The other Roma VF are healthy and already flowering but I used a premium organic potting mix + pumice and earth worm.
4. Each of my tomatoes are in a black 7gal grow bag .

It was transplanted about a month ago when it was still about 4-6 inches tall. It surrently in a window box (23.5 w x 8 in L x 6 in H recycled plastic) I haven't used any fertilizers yet but I water it once a week. Zone10a.

Hi guys! I am new to having potted strawberry plants (I currently have Albions, San Andreas, Seascapes, and Eversweets) but I am still having trouble differentiating a runner to a normal stem growth. Are all stems growing horizontally considered runners? My strawberries has been transplanted less than a month and I want them to focus their energy on root establishment first.

Bed is 24" x 48" x 9.5" with Basil, dill, cilantro, and thyme. I used an organic raised bed soil. My kods watered the soil around the plants after replanting. Feel free to criticize and I am open for suggestions/ expert tips!
