Hpv even as a full virgin?
A doctor told me that a fleshy growth in my mouth was almost certainly caused by hpv but i have never had sex or kissed anyone.
Is it really possible that this growth is caused by hpv?

GPU: Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity 24GB
The Problem
I started noticing black squares appearing on my screen while browsing Reddit and other websites in both Chrome and Firefox. After some investigation I discovered this was caused by my GPU VRAM overheating.
Diagnostic Steps I Took
I ran FurMark at 4K for 8 minutes and recorded the following:
I then set up HWiNFO64 to monitor temps in real time and confirmed that during normal gaming in Pragmata at 4K max settings VRAM consistently sits at 96–100°C and averages 91°C over a full gaming session. I also logged a full 73 minute gaming session via HWiNFO CSV which confirmed VRAM spent 72.8% of the session above 95°C.
What I've Already Ruled Out
What Two Repair Shops Said
Both shops inspected the card and said the thermal pads are in good condition and not the issue. The first shop didn't even open the card. The second shop opened it, replaced the thermal paste, but left the pads untouched saying they looked fine.
What I Think The Issue Is
Based on everything I've read the Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity is known for poor VRAM cooling due to inadequate thermal pad contact on the back of the PCB. Despite the pads looking visually fine I believe the issue is pad thickness and contact rather than visible deterioration. However two technicians disagree.
My Questions For Reddit
Current Temps At Idle/Light Use
Any advice from people who have dealt with 3090 VRAM thermals specifically would be greatly appreciated.

I have a high airflow pc build that uses a couple of noctua fans. I have the NOCTUA NH-D15 CPU cooler and it works great but because of my motherboard and case i had to remove one of the 140mm NF-A15 PWM fans because otherwise i wouldnt be able to close the case so i put a smaller NF-A12x25 PWM fan on the cpu cooler and the bigger 140mm outside of the case as you will see in the video.
It isnt moving around when its spinning at all but it does get noisy when it starts spinning at a higher rpm. I was wondering if this was maybe because the fan wasnt used for 2 years or is it because its pulling in air out of the case through the back mesh. In either case I was wondering what to do and how to alleviate the noise at higher rpm.
