Toddler gagging herself and making herself vomit repeatedly

I have a 20-month-old who started gagging herself on purpose about two months ago, but the behavior has now intensified to the point where she is making herself vomit daily. From what I've read online, it's normal, and you should try not to react. We definitely had a big reaction in the beginning, but have now stopped reacting, and it doesn't help, although reacting certainly makes it worse.

From what I've read, toddlers typically stop the behavior because vomiting because it doesn't feel good and tastes bad. However, she will make herself vomit and then just continue gagging herself until she vomits more. She most often does it in her car seat, so the whole car seat is covered in vomit by the time we are done with her car ride. I don't have time to deep-clean her car seat every day, and I'm getting so frustrated. Does anyone have any tips for getting through this phase? I know the gagging is normal, but is this frequency of vomiting really normal?

Is this rug entirely too short for this space?

We just moved in so please excuse the boxes, everything is unfinished. I’m in love with this rug but after it arrived I feel like it’s too short for this space? Thoughts? Any way to make it work without buying a new rug? If I leave the rug I’m not exactly sure how to best position it in the hallway.

Plateau on 7.5 mg but conflicted about increasing dose due to possible future pregnancy

I started tirzepatide in March, and I've been on 7.5 mg for about a month and haven't lost any weight on this dose. I recently moved and have been under a lot of stress, so I'm not sure if that impacted things. I've been consistently going to the gym, doing a mix of strength training, cardio, and Pilates 5-6 days per week.

I have additional weight I would like to lose for other health reasons, but I'm also hesitant to increase the dose because, in about a year, I would like to start trying for a second baby. I know I need to stop the medication before a pregnancy. I've heard that if you stop and restart, the medication is less effective and you often need a higher dose than you were on before. So basically, I'm reluctant to keep increasing my dose now as I still want to be able to have room to keep increasing after a potential second pregnancy.

Has anyone been in a similar boat who can offer some insight? Any ways to make the medication more effective if you have to stop and restart?

My 16 month old has always been an early riser, however the last few weeks she has been stuck on waking up for the day between 4:30-5:30 am. I would truly be overjoyed with a 6 am wake up.

She also was previously night weaned but has been consistently waking up around 4-4:30 am to nurse and then wants to stay latched from anywhere from 30min - 1 hr. She will often but not always fall back asleep when she starts nursing but she sleeps very lightly and then wakes up not long after. For instance this morning she woke up at 4:30, nursed while asleep until 5, unlatched herself and kept sleeping but then was up for the day by 5:10.

I don’t want to stop nursing and I’m fine with a quick night time nursing session but these long 4 am nursing sessions are overstimulating me and wearing me out. Is it possible nursing her at this time is contributing to the early morning wake? Any tips for getting out of this pattern? When I’ve tried refusing before she cries so much and gets herself so upset that then she doesn’t fall back asleep and is up for the day at 4:30 am.

Any guidance is much appreciated! 😅
