Tips for those recovering from injuries?

i am recovering from a knee injury (meniscus tear and what not) and i resumed playing a month ago.

I play only MD.

i can't do explosive movements, which means i am usually beaten by flick serves and deep side court placements.

I have accepted this, that until i am fully recovered, i won't be able to play as before, but

any one have any tips on how i can react better to flick serves and side court placements?

any coaching videos for folks like us?

Valuations for software systems integrator in current times?

hello folks,

we (company) are looking to acquire a systems integrator that does CRM, Microsoft, ERP implementations etc and which has business in the Western world.

Any idea what kind of valuations are going currently?

please note we don't need any help with target companies or anything like that.

this is purely a question on current multiples in the market.

i got my injury while playing badminton.

it's three months now and i have got a lot of my mobility back and have even resumed light play but my knee still hurts, especially at the sides and deep in the bone.

are there any treatments, like sound therapy, or anything like that, to overcome the pain?

the pain is manageable but ideally i want to be pain free
