when i visit SEA, i always heard about apartment building or houses rented out but the owner is somewhere in china or US.

i have a fully paid off house in us, but my family is in asia and i plan to return there in the next few years. selling this house could prob net me 500-600k in the current market but that feels like a shortsighted decision.

ive been renting it out for airbnb and its been quite successful, but can i continue that when i moved back to asia? how do those real estate bosses manage properties in diff countrries? i assume employees or a rental property management company. but how do they make sure they dont get cheated on by the management?

dont these guys make a ton of money? why arent these positions filled instantly?

anyone tried this team yet? i like the beach units pairing and ashveil is cool

nihilux seems like the key factor in the matchup. whoever she favors between sw9 and eva will prob end up being THE definite elation dps

boss has phys and img weakness but requires fua to reduce their buffs which eva can do but not sw.
