are gauchos back in style????

so i've had these gaucho pants since i was 14, i bought them at a thrift store and got relentlessly made fun of so they've been sitting in my closet for years. i found them and got the idea to wear them out (just to the grocery store) the other day and i got SO many compliments. mostly from people under the age of 25-ish. wtf is going on???? i get that fashion moves in cycles but this seems like such an ugly and unfashionable (but also comfortable) part of it to bring back.

the pic attached is the outfit i wore

is there a word for this 2000s web design style?

the 1st and 2nd images are from the universe people cult (https://www.angels-heaven.org/english/default\_en.htm). the entire website is a good example of this. it's very eerie typically with default fonts and lots of colors. does anyone have a name for this? i've seen some people on social media try to replicate this look as a meme but i'm referring to the original stuff from 20+ years ago. it was kinda hard to find examples of this that weren't related to cults/religions/spirituality but i tried

i (20f) was at my friend's baby shower last week. this is the dress i wore, it fit the dress code and everything went fine. nothing felt awkward or tense during the party.

5 days later, my not pregnant friend calls me to tell me that she thought my dress felt 'inappropriate' for the occasion. she also said that my friend who hosted the shower thought i 'looked like a pornstar'.

to add some context behind this comment, i've been told i look like sasha grey (the pornstar) my entire life since i was probably 15. i've had people walk up to me in public asking for photos because they've literally thought i was her. i've complained about this to both of them in the past so it feels like she's using that as a basis for her joke/comment/whatever it was supposed to be.

i felt so disrespected in the moment that i ended up sending this text to her: "i don't know who you think you are going around calling me a pornstar when you're the one having a baby shower for a kid who'll never know who his dad is". i should mention that this is true and that she literally has no clue who the baby's dad is. looking back on it now i feel bad. obviously what she said sucked but i think i took it too far and it sounded petty. she also never replied to this text.

aita???

edit: for context i should add a couple things. first of all, my outfit wasn't that out of the blue at the shower. i saw a ton of women wearing stuff more revealing (nothing wrong with that, of course). the dress code specifically mentioned wearing white so i wasn't trying to make myself the center of attention at all, i would never try to do something like that. and she'd already been saying things about me for years since we were probably 14/15 but i've stuck around and tolerated it. she was kind of the "mean girl" of my now split up friend group in high school and was definitely a bully to others as well as making snarky comments about me all the time, this was kind of more like the straw that broke the camels back.

realistically i need like 400 of these (packages not rolls). any style works as long as its spongebob and toilet paper.

update: i just found out my uncle has a sublimation printer so i can actually print my own. i'll attach a photo in the comments when it's all done. thank you all for your help!
